I made the appointment for the carpet cleaning on line, which was very easy. Matt Hrdlick, the owner-operator of this business, came to my house that day and did a wonderful job. My 11-year old carpets look fabulous! Matt uses a very mild, but effective solution that cleans beautifully without soaking the carpet. He's a very nice person who you can easily trust. I felt comfortable leaving him alone in my home. His price was quite reasonable as well. This company was referred to me by several people on a neighborhood website who used him and loved the job he did. I referred him to my daughter, who used him before I did and she gave him the same positive review. I will definitely have him clean my carpets again and will gladly refer him to others.

Great! We had rented a house that had terrible stains (looked like wine or Kool Aid in several rooms) as well as what appeared to be oil stains from the garage or driveway. Considering that they were all ready set in stains, he somehow managed to get them entirely out.

Matt is the owner and also the technician- he is very friendly and knowledgeable about what he does. I scheduled my service date on his website which shows available time slots-very convenient as he sent email confirmation and reminders of my appointment. He was punctual and did not use any high pressure sales tactics to sell extra services. He explained what services he could do and what to expect from them. We had a cat that marked the carpet for several months - I had cleaned it as best I could with OTC products and he thought I could get away with just a regular cleaning but I asked for enzymatic removal to be sure. The carpet is dry and I am so happy to report no cat odor. The service we previously used had the problem of different techs showing up every time- some were great and knew what they were doing, other times not so much. Not a problem here. I will definitely call this company in the future.

Matt, arrived on time. Protected all the corners of the walls and built-in cabinets with plastic surround protectors. Thorough and efficient cleaning as usual. He has cleaned my rental untis as well and always does an excellent job and makes every attempt to get out any stains

He arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgable and looke around the house. He started up stairs and worked his way down moving the furniture and doing a fantastic job. We had pet stains from a new puppy and plenty of dirt from our family of five. Our carpets are ready to be replaced but he did the best cleaning job of anyone we have ever used and brought the carpets back to life. He took his time to make sure he did a good job. I believe he went the extra mile and when he was done he locked up and left leaving out home fresh smelling and with great looking clean carpets.

Exceptional value. Outstanding care of existing furniture and walls with bumper guards. Prompt. Courteous. Suggested we have carpet stretched to extend life of carpet. Referral to perform that service was of equal quality. We'd be hard pressed to sample any other service provider.

Matt is the consummate professional. He is detail and customer service oriented. More companies should take his lead. I had recently had brand new carpet installed in the house. My dog, evidently knowing this, decided he'd be sick and have diarrhea in six separate spots. I got up what I could. I've been using CCS for many years. Matt did it again. You cannot tell there was ever an issue. Will always use and recommend Matt to everyone that needs excellent floor cleaning services.

Our carpet is about 6 years old. I have a big dog and messy husband. The dog and the husband don't wipe their paws very well! Matt cleaned this stained, stinky carpet to perfection. He gets in on time, gets out and does his job well! This is my second time using him. I will continue to use him. We have used other carpet cleaners in the past who were always late and took hours to do the job! They were always on their phones. Matt is NOT like that. He is very professional and personable. Tells you when you have a snag, or other problem. He Doesn't try to sell you anything like the rest of them do! I would highly recommend Matt. And you can schedule online, which I love!

Matt came in on time and worked many hours till the work was completed. He is very professional and detail oriented. after the work completion , he told what was done and if there were any problem stains. He also promissed that if he will need to come back for any misses he will do so.

A neighbor's medium sized dog had an accident on our very light ivory colored Living Room carpet, leaving two large ugly yellow spots. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the spots till almost 3 days later when they'd already dried, a disaster per stain removal literature. We'd been using another carpet cleaning service for 8 yrs, so called them. They did remove the actual dog urine stains, but, their cleaning product then left two large lighter "residue" stains, still very visible on our carpet. And, they indicated to us that this was as "good as it would get" & that we'd have to live w/the residue stains. We decided to do some research & found Matt. Not giving up hope, we called him. He asked more detailed questions about the history of the stains, asked if we could send pictures he could analyze, etc. When Matt arrived, he looked at the stains further, asked additional questions & shared that' he believed he could remove the residue stains. He was absolutely correct. He was able to remove all signs of the stains & restore our carpet to its original condition. What a relief, as these stains were in a place anyone could see them.... from any angle!!! (And, the rest of our carpet was pristine, as we take good care of it.) Matt was the epitome of professionalism: highly experienced, knowledgable, articulate, proactive in explaining his analysis of the problem, his proposed solution, his rationale for his solution choice & his cost charges. He is totally customer focused & customer driven, a true rarity these days. And, a heck of a nice guy too. After one visit (10/24/13), we're convinced no one else but Matt will clean our carpets, etc. He more than deserves every superlative feedback comment that has been written about him. Don't hesitate to call him!

Matt has been cleaning our carpets for 6 or 7 years. I wouldn't use anyone else. Carolina Carpet Solutions are very reasonable and efficient. We work at home and have two offices. We have a Long Hair German Shepard dog that goes in and out all day long. Consequently we have dirt tracked everywhere. I try to get the carpets done every 6 months but sometimes it stretches out to a year and no matter how long it has been between cleanings or how dirty my carpets are, they look almost new when Matt is done. He lifts all the furniture and puts blocks or plastic under everything. We will be moving out of state in the next year and I wish we could take Carolina Carpet Solutions with us. We know that when we do business with Carolina Carpet Solutions that we can count on superior service, reasonable prices and expertise in caring for our home and belongings. The technician (Matt) is very pleasant and trustworthy. We deeply appreciate the work he does for us and wish him huge success in Charlotte and the surrounding area.

We have kids and pets and carpet that is 6 years old. Matt came in and was able to get our carpet cleaned rather quickly, and removed some stains. He also cleaned carpets at my moms house, and she also was very pleased. We will definitely use again in the future!

I had purchased a home in the Charlotte area, and wanted to have the carpets well cleaned prior to moving my furniture in, but coming from out of state, and not knowing who I could rely on for an honest, quality job, I turned to Angie's list for a positive recommendation. After reading several positive reviews for many companies in the carpet-cleaning business, I decided that the reviews for Carolina Carpet Solutions were the most impressive and appealing. On relatively short notice, Matt was able to give me a Saturday morning appointment, which worked well with my plans; he showed up prompltly, and did a great job - well worth the fee he charged (which happened to be at the low end of a range he had quoted me, sight unseen). Matt is just wonderful. He did a great job. He worked at a stain until he was sure that it was completely gone. The stain was there from before we moved into the house and we thought it would never be able to be removed but he was successfully able to. He was neat, clean and we are happy with his services.

I recently used Carolina Carpet Solutions for carpet cleaning in my home. I had some high traffic areas and my pet's favorite sleep spots where I wanted extra cleaning done. I am more than pleased with the results. I chose Carolina Carpet Solutions after reading the reviews on Angie's list . There were several companies with A ratings and Super Service Awards. However, in the reviews for Carolina Carpet Solutions customers raved about how well their carpets were cleaned and that he was able to restore even the most worn of carpets. As a result, I chose to give the company a try and I am glad I did. Matt was very responsive. He is very busy so it took an extra day or two before he could get me on the schedule. However, the end product was worth the wait. I am very pleased by how well my carpets were cleaned. And I agree with the other reviewer, he restored my carpets to an almost new condition. The carpet was bright and cleaned and well fluffed. I have had the carpets cleaned by other companies before on several occasions but none gave results worth writing a review about. I was definitely pleased by the result. My only wish is that I had found him sooner. I will definitely use Carolina Carpet Solutions again and would highly recommend the company to anyone else looking for high quality carpet cleaning.

They did carpet cleaning in four of my rooms. Their price is a little bit higher but they really did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Matt was on time, prepared, professional, courteous as always. This is the third time I've used his services and each experience has been fantastic. He is very thorough and so efficient! I have approx 2700 sq feet of commercial space. He cleaned the carpeting for the entire space. It was fast and very reasonable. I used to use Stanley Steemer before I started using Carolina Carpet Solutions. This service is so far superior to Stanley Steemer. I always recommend Carolina Carpet Solutions to anyone who needs carpets cleaned!
