We've had Matt provide services for about 5 years. He's always punctual, fits our schedule needs, does a high quality job, and leaves us with carpet that looks new even though it's well past its prime. We always enjoy talking business with Matt and always learn something from our conversations; he's just a pleasure to have around and do business with. Matt's kept our carpets going long after they should be replaced; his service is one where trying to save a few dollars with a cheaper service would just be foolish.

OMG!OMG! Matt was GREAT! He was extremely professional, thorough and VERY VERY REASONABLE! I called him last week to schedule an appointment and during the course of our conversation I explained the areas of the house that had tough stains - and being an owner of two dogs, we had pet stains and hair stuck in the baseboards (no matter how much I vaccuumed). Based on the number of rooms and type of work that needed to be done, Matt gave me a quote of $319.99 (discount + 3 additional rooms) and I thought that was awesome. However, when Matt showed up today, he took inventory of the house and re-counted the rooms and reduced the price to $250. Imagine $250.00 FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE (and we have a large home)!! He came in, got right to work and did not stop until everything was completed. There were a couple of stains that were hard to remove (before starting the work, Matt did state that sometime when you use a stain remover on a carpet, it can embed the stain into the carpet thus, making it permanent) but, he went over the area a couple of times and I promise you, it's barely noticeable. All in all my carpet looks exactly the way it did the first day I moved in and I couldn't be happier!! If you want quality, professional and expertise cleaning at a fraction of the cost, then this is the company you want!! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND him - you won't be sorry!!
