Description of Work: Kyle was so helpful, I had no idea what I was looking for and he was so patient, even when I called him back the next day questioning my color choices. He even came back to remove my window brackets so I could paint before getting my new window coverings!

Description of Work: I have one issue small it may be, but when I ordered these blinds the promotion mentioned Signature Series. When the salesman came, what he initially showed me was not the Signature Series and what he did show me had a wand to close the blinds that was included in the price or was free as a promotion. When I discovered the blinds he showed me were not the Signature Series I asked to see those and chose them as the blinds I wanted. The salesman then said the wand closures were extra, and as I did want the wand closure I did not want to pay extra for them. I felt as a way of getting future business I should have been offered those free as an incentive to do business with this company in the future. Mind you he did not show me the Signature Series in the beginning when they were the promotions items I called about initially. So I have a slight hesitancy in using them again, I think there was an assumption made on the salesman part when I initially told him of the things I was interested in but was only getting two windows done then. He closed his book and opened another one which I perceived to be a lesser quality product without giving me the choice of seeing all that was available. I know this is long but I hope you get my point. Thank you, Mrs. S. Spencer

When I saw Ms. [Member Name Removed] I showed her the product she wanted to see- it was not Signature Series but a brand with the same quality at a better price point. I always try to show my customers the best value for their money! That is often dependent upon what product/company has the best sale going for the quarter. She ultimately wanted to see Signature Series- which I showed her and she ordered.

Description of Work: This job is not yet complete. Mark has done work for my at my place of business several times since 2011. He has installed blinds, window film, and a drapery. I am guessing I have spent $3000 plus with him since 2011. I have been very pleased with quality of the the work and with the professionalism of his staff. He has always personally been on site for all of my installations. I expect this one smalll job I have scheduled for Monday to go as smoothly as all the rest. I would definitely recommend him.
