Very friendly, cost conscious and they did a wonderful job! Ben explained to job and process with me. I made an appointment, they showed up, and completed the job the same day. I highly recommend this company!

Very courteous, the team installed an EV outlet, on time, no price gauging, in and out quickly. Will invite them back for additional electric work and refer to patrons. Thanks as I too served in the military, their values are top notch. Hooorah

It took them 2 minutes to see that the dryer plug was wired incorrectly, so they switched 2 terminals and charged me $185 for 2 minutes of labor. Literally. 2 minutes. That's a ridiculous fee for nearly zero work.

Contractor was on time, and was very professional. They disposed the old fan and clean the area. I would recommend this company if asked.

Mr. Gordon and his assistant were professional and polite. They did an excellent job. I will hire them again.

On time, professional and reasonabally priced

Alfred Gordon of Benett was to correct a problem with my bedroom and kitchen lights. He inspected the job, and said he would return to complete the job. I signed an agreement to have him do the work. He was to give me an estimate, and make an appointment to do the work. I paid him 272.20 for the inspection, which included a 100.00 trip fee, and 80.00 per hour for 2 hours of labor, which consisted of the inspection only. This was several weeks ago, initial contact was in July, and he did not come out until August 15th. After numerous calls, I have still not heard back from him or Benett Electric, regarding the state of this job. Additionally, he took a ballister from my home, in order to size it properly, but now he has my money, and the ballister, and has not returned. Do not contract with these folks. They do bad business. electrical was the electrican that made an,appt to find out wht the lights in my bedroon and family/ room bulbs were giing out frequently. Alfred,Gordon
