Our lead technicians have been with us for over 20 years and are specially trained by the manufacturers to service our authorized brands. In an industry where competitors are closing their doors, we are expanding our lines and geographic area. Owner-operated, no subs, cost is determined by the service, travel charges apply ($75.00), no after hour charges.

No work was performed.
Description of Work: I took our 8mm camcorder in for repair. The "playback" was working, but not "record." I paid $40 for Vasile to diagnose the camcorder. He called back the next day to let me know what he found & what it would be to fix it. He said that it would be $220 to fix it. Vasile was very nice & explained what part he needed to order. But, we decided not to have him fix it. The camera is only 4 years old, but it is an 8mm tape camcorder. We figured we could spend a little more than $220 & upgrade to a digital camcorder. He does transfer video to DVD for a reasonable price. I'd like to take a few videos over to him soon.
