Chris came out to clean our dryer duct. The appointment was easy to set up, and Chris arrived in a timely fashion. It took three minutes for Chris to complete the work, and his truck was parked at our curb for 10 minutes. I realize that specialized equipment and travel time were involved in Chris' visit, but Wow! That was expensive.

Our technician was named Chris and we were very impressed with his honesty. He told us we did not need duct cleaning, but we did need better filters and he explained why. He offered us a sanitizing procedure that eliminated dust mites, airborne viruses etc. and I was extremely impressed that when he left the house, the booties he wore, came off and went back on when he came back in!! He was the FIRST service person that did not wear the booties inside and out and back inside. I would highly recommend this company. We were VERY SATISFIED!!

Great customer service. Broke an umbrella stand! Replaced vent covers in wrong locations . Chipped paint off some vents badly and didn?t clean up areas. Otherwise can quickly to clean vents!

The scheduling ran a little over which put them under a hitmore pressure but they rose to the occasion. No steps appeared to be skipped from what I expected despite being under a bit more pressure than usual. I appreciate the quality with which the service was delivered

Chris and his team came out to diagnose my mold issue on my vents and AC blower. Chris was knowledgeable (has over 12 years of experience). They were able to figure out the problem, give me a quote, and treat my duct system in the same day. They were prompt, friendly, and thorough. I had an issue 5 days after service with the AC capacitor blowing out, causing the AC to not work in my house. Ms. Denise, the scheduling coordinator, quickly found me an HVAC company to diagnose the issue and provided financial assistance with the service. While this whole process was stressful and expensive, I am impressed with Deniseâ s customer service. I felt like this company was fair and considerate. They are also very accessible and make themselves available to their clients. Thank you, Chris and American Air and Mold for a great team that values integrity.
