We agreed on the service, he made me paid $500 before the job was done….. I waited outside the house and in like 30 minutes they left without saying anything…. I went back to my house and they didn’t do the work……… the literally stole $500 from me….. when I called they said they killed the mold and didn’t charged me the $1200 they usually charge anyway I hired some other company and they did an amazing job…. The professionals said you are not supposed to do a mold treatment without cleaning the ducts first

I specifically said/told them what I wanted. Clean the air ducts. The 1 return and the air handler. That is it. They did some sanitizer on the vent covers. Ha, some of the covers were not even cleaned. They charged me $100 more than I was quoted. I never requested the sanitizer

Showed up at noon, on the dot, just as promised. Walked through the house, showing us exactly what needed to be done and gave us several options.... I am convinced they have our best interests at heart. Highly recommend.

Chris and the team did a very thorough job. They identified and addressed the mold, dust, and dirt in my central air system. They disassembled the fan to fully clean the core of the system, including mold removal and sealant, removed and cleaned all ducts, and fully cleaned all of the carpets throughout the house. They did a fantastic job and were worth every penny!

Chris and his team were polite,knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything that needed to be done to clean and treat the mold in our vents.The air in my home feels cleaner and smells better. I will be calling American Air and mold again next year to clean the vents. Great customer service I highly recommend this company.

Recently, purchased and renovated a home that had pets, dirty vents and evidence of mold sores. As a person who suffers from asthma and allergies, I was in need of duct/vent cleaning and mold treatment. Before American Air and Mold Solutions, I could not walk into the home without a mask. The team at American Air and Mold Solutions saved my life and my investment. They techs were the ultimate professionals, responsive, arrived on time, knowledgeable of exactly want was needed for my home, thorough in every step of the process, went above and beyond to ensure that the air quality in my home would be safe, has reasonable prices and most important did an excellent job! After the services were completed, Iâ m now able to breathe freely in my new home (without a mask). I highly recommend American Air and Mold Solutions for your air duct/vent cleaning and mold treatment.

Guys got it done, but not after a lot of hard selling for additional cleaning that is not necessary or recommended by ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers). Talk to your HVAC folks first.

The on-site leader was very knowledgeable and eager to take care of the issues. He explained things in detail. I would have been more aware of things to expect with this type of service had the front end been a bit more informative.

We had a great experience. They were responsive, prompt, and very thorough. There is a night and day difference in the air quality since they've cleaned and sanitized the vents. I would definitely recommend them.
