This is bait and switch company. They offer a price to clean and then tell you that there are problems of a different type and charge much more. The customer would be unaware they are being taken as there is no way to verify other than to take their word. We will find out though as we have chosen to take this company to court and subpoena customer records. We are sure we will find and be able to prove the same "problem" is found every time a cleaning service is offered. They also finished in about 1 hour on a job that should take much longer, so we are having the job checked by another company for our court case. Stay away from this company.

Workers were nice,explained everything &showed me what needed to be done.price was not what I expected,It went from 150 to $1100.

Standard vent cleaning was thorough and very satisfactory. Cost of mold remediation was unexpectedly high.

They were very polite, courteous, and gave us a complete job. When they discovered a serious issue we did not know we had, they not only showed it to us but told us how they would go about getting in corrected. We have highly recommended them to other friends. Came with one price then wanted to charge for more work with the scare of mold and then they couldn't do the job because as they said they would disturb the mole even though they told me they would vacuum with a hepa vacuum.

Yes very polite, on time and very pleased. Since I have never had my air ducts cleaned in the 34 years I have been in the house. They had to do extra effort in cleaning ducts. Since then it has been a week and there is no dust, or dirt on glass stove top or any other furniture. I signed a yearly contract, but was told it could pushed to every 2 years.

Overall good experience. Polite, on time, and got the job done.

it was overpriced, but they did what we contracted for. just pricey. however, they worked very hard and completed the job as fast as they could. they did what we contracted for.

The brush that they used to clean the return vent only reached about half way thru the length of the vent, so I really have no way of knowing if it was worth the money.
