Worked closely with us to get the right color and product; they delivered when promised and the installers were prompt, efficient and good at what they did.  Everyone was friendly and worked to get it just right for us; when we suggested a particular piece that they did not  carry, they obtained it and provided it with a smile (unlike another flooring company that  made it sound like they were going out of their way to assist a 'difficult' client!).  The installers even came back a couple of days later to fill a couple of tiny pocks in the grout.  I would recommend highly.

We saw them in the clipper mag. They advertised $500 of of $5000 purchase. Our purchase exceeded $5k, but after we agreed and mentioned the coupon for the 2nd time, they said we received floors that were on sale so they won't honor coupon.  Later on we realized that was the first lie. The floors were only $1500 cost of the job, so what about the rest? They woulnd't honor the $300 of $3k either.  So after they sent the crew out to start with our floors, we paid extra for removal of old floors but they started installing floors on top of old floors instead of removing them.  After numerous issues with this, we called and they delayed the project by one day and finally ripped up old floors.  They made 100 mistakes by the time this job was done including breaking a plumbing pipe in our wall causing water to spill out into the kitchen and the living room. When we told the manager he made it out like our pipes were bad and downplayed the situation. NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH on the job! NO ONE!  After so many complaints about this, they made it out to seem like we were racist.  They 100% allowed illegal immigrants in our house without license & insurance.  Maybe the LEAD project guy (who was borderline numskull was legal, but his help wasn't!)  They brought a plumber to the house who didn't know how to fix the pipes, he actually caused our outside hose bibs to stop functioning, we had to call in our own help which they actually reimburse.. OH, and read your contract if you decide to use them, we had over $200 of ghost charges, line items were all over the contract and again, the total was $200 more than all else combined.  They also charged more for sq footage because they miscalculated, most likely on purpose after all we experienced from them..  They also told us to go with this specific flooring we found out is so cheap, it's no longer sold by Home Depor or Lowes, the same stuff they said was on sale, was $1 more per SQ ft than any other distributor in the area.  They've wasted so much time around the holidays, the job wasn't completed until January and they never knocked anything off the bill.  The flooring is cheap and scratches, dents & laminated peels away very easy. WE HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!  They are all unprofessional!  They re-staining was bad, they got it on the carpets. They did come back and clean it though.  They notched out our cabinets so sloppy because flooring woulnd't fit!  They charged $100 to remove pedestal sink and shave it down to fit, but instead they wedged it back under and pulled our sink mount out from the wall leaving a crack and all they did was fill it with silicone.  Oh yeah, the broken pipe in the bathroom that was mentioned earlier, the Sheetrock repair was horrendous!  Please think twice about using them!

Wonderful to work with.  Prompt and friendly.  Finished project in one day.  Would use again!

Initially, things were starting out "OK".  The first day the workers arrived, they began working on the downstairs living room first.  They ripped up the carpet and padding, and carted in out to their van.  They cleaned the floor thoroughly and prepped it for the wood flooring installation.  They did a good job.  But they said they would have to come back tomorrow morning to finish the upstairs master bedroom.  We agreed that they would arrive at the same time as the first day....at 9:30 a.m.  Well, 9:30 came and went, then 10:00, then 11:00...we had tried calling the store and finally spoke with the salesman and then the owner.  We were asking where their installers were.  He said they were on another job and would arrive soon!  We were shocked!  We had a previously scheduled (long awaited for) doctor's appointment later in the afternoon and we had anticipated they would be long finished by then.  They finally called us back and said they'd get their guys over and they arrived close to noon!  We were held hostage by their unprofessionalism and had no choice but to let them do the install.  The time went by and it was time for us to leave for the doctor's appointment.  They finished the install, sloppily, and left.  They left our master bedroom in disgraceful shape.  Glue all over the floor which we had to get on our hands and knees to remove.  Wood trim all over.  Dustings, and debris that we had to clean.  They left and we were left to clean up their garbage and mess.  They NEVER even called us the next day to either (a) ask us if they could come over and clean up what they left behind previously; (b) apologize for the delay in arriving, (c) or any other type of correspondence.  They never contacted us again after their got our order and our money.

The whole process was a pleasant experience from visiting the showroom, to sales rep coming to our home, to installation and clean-up.  The sales team listened to what were looking for, and led us to the perfect products.  The installation crew was great, did an excellent job, and even cleaned up when they were finished.

They were great! The price was the least expensive than the other estimates I received. I did have concerns a few days after they were finished with the job and they came out to address those concerns with no hesitation.
