They did a fabulous job. I purchased the toilets ahead of time and just had them install them for me.

Their work was very good; it was topnotch. I found them on Angie's List and only used them one time.

They were wonderful. They came out initially the week before when our water bill started inflating and checked the house, under the house, and yard for leaks but found none and did not charge us for the visit. After locating the leak (we had to call a specialis) they came back, had to leave to get more materials, and left everything looking great.

I purchased the water heater from Lowe's and they picked it up for us. They were able to accommodate a Sunday installation. They were very responsive and made every effort to help get it installed as soon as possible. Their installation price was well within the normal range. I use them for all my plumbing needs.

Cyrus had the courtesy to call ahead to say he was running 10 minutes late. He discovered there was a nail in one of my pipes from a recent renovation. He was such a nice guy and fixed the problem.

Great. The plumber was courteous and explained every step of the procedure. The lady that handles scheduling was amazing, fit me in when I described the problem but gave me referrals if I wasn't willing to wait until they could get there. I really respected that.

James took my initial efforts of a pre-bent roll of copper tubing, and completed the final installation with his innovative use of two 45 degree elbows and a short length of straight pipe to result in a clean install of my potable plumbing supply line. The hourly rate seemed a bit pricey, but I was willing to pay for that level of expertise that kept me from getting the job done myself. James wasted no time and completed the job expeditiously.

Dan replaced the cartridge in the Delta single handle faucet. When the cold water pressure did not increase, Dan went into the crawlspace and replace a section of clogged galvanized piping. Dan followed up with a courtesy call to make sure everything was working properly. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. In addition, Mary in the office, did a great job in scheduling and giving good advice in reference to our problem. We will definitely use All About Pipes in the future for our plumbing problems.

The inside installation was seamless and perfect. The outside work, well not so much. Before you run, lsten to this. The company was very responsive to issues, and corrected any problem brought to their attention. No excuses, no whinning, no ducking the issue. Totally satisfactory response, to include inspection and apology of owner. I would not only use these guys again, I have no problem recommending them to Angie's List members. The issue turned out to be water coming from AC ( I discovered while he was getting me a quote) and water was traveling to low spot across the house and pooling. I ended up paying a 79.00 trip fee for estimate. I don't blame them for charging me just seems kind of steep for a few minutes of work of which most of the time was spent on phone trying to get the estimate. I will not be using this company again in the future for the sole reason I think the charge for work performed was unreasonable.

The repairmen were punctual, courteous and professional. They arrived 90 minutes after we called for an appointment, assessed the work to be done, and completed repairs very promptly.

He was right on time. They are so good for me because I had to take my son to a brain injury program and so he wanted to make it from nine to something and I said, "No. I will not be until 9:30". He said, "Fine. We will just set up for 9:30". I am not used to that kind of consideration. He also gave me a good suggestion about the stain. He said after I get a caulk, to just do a pencil outline of where the stain is and make sure that it solves it and it doesn't get bigger. They normally charge me $79 but they only charged me $49 because it was such a brief visit. They are very good. I got them from Angie's List. The price is completely within line and they have never tried to sell me something.

They did a fabulous job. They came out here right away. I was personally having a melt down and the woman that just answered the phone couldn't have been any nicer. She was fantastic and she bent over backwards to accommodate me. She sent somebody out right away and they just did a wonderful job in a very short period of time which was during lunch time right before Christmas. They are fantastic. Actually, I'm gonna have them out to have some more work done. I really like dealing with people that are not looking for extra problems to charge me for. I was in a major budget constraint and they were just outrageously accommodating. They really helped me out when I was in a bind. They were very professional, trustworthy, and they just took care of the job. I'm most appreciative of their service and will most definitely be calling again.

Since I had used All About the Pipes previously (chosen because of their very high Angie's List rating, based on many reviews), I felt confident that that they could diagnose and fix the sink drain. It was not the drain trap (I cleaned that out), and it was clearly not an organic item blocking the line. Doug used a small electric snake to minimize the chances of pipe damage. I happened to check the lift station box, and was surprised to find it full of water and waste. Doug verified that the pump was getting power and had failed (it was very old). He promptly found and installed a replacement pump at a surprisingly reasonable price. Otherwise, my 88 year old father would have been without plumbing in the entire house! This was greatly appreciated, since this caused the appointment to run 2 hours more than allotted. He then returned 3 days earlier than the next scheduled appointment to quickly unclog the bathroom drain from the roof. The roof has a severe slope and this was a heavy machine, but he obviously knew how to use the equipment. We were very pleased with the results, the professionalism, courteous answers to questions, as well as the cost. I highly recommend All About the Pipes for plumbing repairs!

I have remodel the master bathroom, and I hired a tile guy, he recommended this plumbing company to me. It is a simple job, all they needed to do were to hook up a shower faucet, and a set up bath tub faucet. I had no common sense about how much they should charge, so I agree on their quote since the tile guy was a friend referrer. But they did tell me the plumbing should just take about a day to finish. So I thought the price might be for a emergency charge. They started the job on June 16th and I provided all the materials. They told me it's going to take about a day (less than 8 hours) to finish up everything. So one tech showed up around 8 am, after he checked the shower faucet and told me he needed to get a part, so the job have to put on hold. I understood that, ok I could wait for one more day. He was there about 15 minutes. However, no people showed up until 3 days later. June 19th, two guy showed up and told me they could get it done by that day. 10 minutes later, they told me they need another part for the bath tub faucet, so both of them book away. I waited for all day, they never came back. They being told my contractor that they couldn't find the parts. However, it took me about 5 minutes and I found the parts in Homedepot! I told my contractor to call them and get them back to do the job after I found the parts; turns out that they won't even give my contractor a time when they will be back! I felt like I have been hanging there and trapped! No body could tell me when they are going to get back and finish the simple job. They finally showed up again on June 24, and they told me again, they are going to finished the job that day. However, when I back to the house, the contractor told me that the plumbers told him the need to get some tools to bust the floor after they stayed there for about 20 minutes. I felt like why is this never end! It supposed to be a ONE DAY job! I was really not happy, so I called them on June 25th at 10:48 am for 37 seconds (I left a voice message), 10:50 am for 6 seconds, 11:07 am for 5 seconds, 2:07 pm for 5 seconds, 3:50pm for 7 seconds, but no one answered my phone call, nor got any called back up until today. Finally they showed up again on June 30th -- two weeks later since they started the job-- and spend about 5 hours hooked everything up. However, they bath tub water is not running right as it suppose to be, and I asked them did they tested the shower faucet. They told me yes, and everything works fine. I took their words. I was afraid to wet the floor the tile guy was working on, so I took their words for it. July 5nd, I thought the floor should be dry enough so I give the shower a try and found out that there are a lot of water leak out between the joints after I turned on the water!! This is ridiculous!! I couldn't take shower like that. After I discovered that, I Emailed them July 7th and required they come back to fix the problem, and they emailed me back and keep telling me that they are all booked! I had enough with their manipulation and told them if they don't come by fix the problem within three days, I will have someone else to fix the problem for them and I will not pay the balance; then they threat to put a lien on my house! Last night, I had some friend came visit, and they knew plumbing and wanted to help me. It was such a big shock when they found out that the plumber who hooked up my shower faucet didn't even bother to put a washer in between of two pipes! I am so very disappointment with both their plumbing service and customer service. I will definitely won't use them again, and definitely would not recommend them to any one! They have not had any discussion with me, and extend the length of the job from on day to three weeks, and the turn out was awful! They didNOT care about the cost of many inconvenience and frustrations they have put on me. They did NOT bother to answer my phone call nor my voice message; they did NOT willing to provide a good service for me; they over charged me and now wanted to put a lien on my house when they left the job uncompleted and won't work with me to fix the problem! ,

About 3 years ago they replaced my hot water heater tank with a tankless water system. They did a great job on it, and it has been wonderful for us. They recently came and did some preventative maintenance on the system for us. It saves a lot on our gas bill, and we are very satisfied with their work.

We chose to go another route but Chris was one of the most professional service providers I've come across. We have used this company before and they provide excellent service and take pride in what they do.

Mark showed up promptly. He was courteous and professional. H was very knowledgeable and helpful . Cleared all lines efficiently. Even asked if there were any other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed.

I thought the guys were great and the work was sound. However they were 45 minutes late due to an emergency but I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the delay.

The service provider called ahead, arrived right on time, was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The two leaks we had have been resolved.

The agent worked tirelessly and diligently to get my kitchen sink flowing again. We had to use this company four times for various issues and have been absolutely 100% pleased every time !!!

Inspected pressure reducing valve and eliminated vibrations in the pipes. Dan clearly explained what was going on and what would need to be done if the issue came back. I'm am definitely using them again

They did good work but took over a week to call me back, took over a week to get an estimate. Came out the first time and brought all the wrong parts. They then had to reschedule due to having the wrong parts. I'm questioning the charges due to only being in my home for under 2 hours. I don't know that I would use this company again if they can not provide a detailed invoice of the actual work performed in my home.

It went well. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly.
