They did an excellent job. They were on time, very neat, and fast. There was an error in the paint they used, they were very anxious to make it right, which they did. We will use them again this spring to paint the outside of our house.

The entire experience was a good one. The original estimate was done by a very knowledgeable gentleman. The estimate itself was clear and easy to understand. When the crew arrived, they went over the entire job with me again, including my color choices in each room. All of the crew members were very skillful and the cut-in on my trim is outstanding. I was asked to look over the work, and given time to find any necessary touch ups (only two small places) before any type of payment was asked for. Their customer service was excellent, so I have no question that they will stand behind their 5 year guarantee.

Very friendly, very competitive price, 100 satisfaction guarentee. When my paint started leaving a reside after it was touched, they came right out and painted over it. Highly recommend.

Matt and Clay were very professional and responsive. They let me know of any weather delays and the crew they sent worked efficiently. Their workmanship was excellent. I would use them for future work.

The crew was outstanding. All members (5-6 every day) were knowledgeable and skilled. Everyone worked very hard and made sure we were pleased at all stages of the project. The sales and office staff kept us constantly informed before, during, and after the job. The final product looks amazing. This was by far the best experience I have had with any type of contractor.

The carpentry work was excellent. If I didn't know what had been replaced, I would never have noticed the difference between the old and new siding. The crew found two additional areas of rot that their sales representative had not found. The crew pointed out the areas before replacing them and gave me a great price for the additional work since they didn't find it in their initial inspection. I had some touch ups after the initial inspection and they took care of all of them the very next day. I would highly recommend Advance Painting to anyone.

They were great. They came back and fixed every little thing that I asked. They tried to imply that some items were not in the quote and I would need to pay extra. We carefully reviewed the written quote and the they did not ask for more. Great team.

Their rep (Clay) was very courteous, on time, and incredibly fair and honest. Indeed, he was so forthright that he sold me on the company. Of course I did my research anyway. I called everyone. The crew showed up on time and were industrious. Due to the fact that the home owners association where I live here are incredibly anal about paint colors, I had to stress that the color had to follow the EXACT formula that I specified. They didn't. Indeed if I had not caught the error and insisted they go back to the paint store and start again, I'd have been in real trouble. However after they changed the paint and started over, they did the job in record time and did a fine job. True, there were certain niggling problems, such as small touch-up work that was rushed because they were finishing the job as the sun was going down. However this is a fine firm. They handled any concerns fairly and quickly. They were very conscientious and their budget fit my needs too. I'd recommend them.

We received several price quotes for this job and Advances price was very competitive for a company that has such a great rating on Angie's List. Overall, we were pleased with the quality of the work but we did have one small issue that the owner, Luis Arroyo, quickly addressed by bring his crew back out to fix the work and also offering us a discount on the job. Also, there were a couple of areas in which the clean-up could have been a little bit better.

Exasperating! They didn't know what to do, didn't finish on time, painted some walls the wrong color and when I agreed to pay an additional amount for them to come back and fix it, they started to use the wrong paint again. Which I pointed out to them and they said they needed to talk to their boss and they left. My wall is not finished and I haven't heard from them. This was on August 8th, over a month ago.

They were very friendly and professional. They had a crew of at least 8 people working on our house. They replaced the rotting wood with new wood. We had some issues upon completions which they immediately addressed the next day with great care.

I called him and he said he would call me back. Didn't call. I called him 2 times today and he's still not called.

Excellent! The entire experience, from the estimate to the final walk through, was very professional and pleasant. The crew chief and his crew worked constantly and responded to all requests positively and nicely. We are so pleased with result of their hard work and would definitely hire them again for a future job. Also, we have already referred Advance Painting to a neighbor.

The quality of their painting was good. However, they dislodged the toilet when painting the upstairs bathroom. That evening I noticed water marks on the ceiling in the room below this bathroom. I reported the problem to the owner of Advance Painting and he agreed to pay the plumber bill and repaint the damaged ceiling. He paid the plumbing bill but NEVER sent painters to fix the ceiling. The quality of their repair work on the garage was terrible. The owner sent them back and the second time they got it right.

They cut the boards crooked and had to come back and recut and retouch paint. It took about a week of me complaining before they came to fix it. They required me to pay before the job was done in order to finish the project. They blew the fuse box, which caused us to lose power in the house at one point. They were sloppy in their painting. It took about 3 weeks to do what should have taken 1 week. I won't use them again. They ended up giving me a small refund.

The crew that did the work was excellent! They were very hard working & finished the entire job in one 12-hour day (6 guys). There was a big mix-up on the scheduling with Matt. We had scheduled for a Friday start, we boarded our cats ($38) & no one ever showed up. Upon calling the office, they thought they were supposed to come on Monday. That had never even been a choice. It was a case of Matt confusing us with another client. Overall, we are very satisfied with the actual work performed & would definitely use them again, although I would ask for a schedule confirmation in writing.

A representative from the company arrived at the agreed upon time. The price I was quoted was more than twice as much as I expected. I will use another company to remove the wallpaper and then get another estimate for painting or maybe I will paint it myself.

Very competitive price. Overall work was done satisfactorily. Do not expect perfection at competitive pricing. Suspect that painters did not prime some relaced boards. Hopefully they will live up to 5 year guarantee. Found one missed spot not painted, awaiting return to paint.

The crew was very polite and punctual. The price was a good deal less than 2 other estimates. The actual painting was good but they were "messy" in all other areas. Ladders were placed on ferns and other plants in the garden, paint brushes were washed in the flowers, paint was splattered on the floors, pieces of the removed wood were left in the gutters,yard and drive. We had a terrible time opening the windows later. I think it would have been better if they had let the first coat dry completely before applying the second coat. The price was great but you had to watch them all the time to ensure things weren't torn up. I would recommend holding back a portion of their money a couple of days until you are certain all the work is satisfactory.

Clay was the contact and was professional and punctual. Miguel seemed to be the crew chief. They painted quick and efficiently. The price was less than the average competitor. The house looks great.

They called a day prior to confirm our appointment. They arrived on time and did not have a problem taking their shoes off at the door since we do not wear shoes in the house. We felt they were courteous, professional and personable. Any areas we noticed that needed touching up was done promptly and without complaint. The master bedroom had to be repainted because the paint near the adjoining edges appeared to be flat instead of eggshell. We called and scheduled a return date in which they did return and completed the work. Overall, we felt they did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards however, we did find that there were little specks of paint on the floor and a spot or two got on the carpet. We were able to get it off the floors after a little scrubbing. Would we use them again? Most definitely. In fact, after the house settles, we will be giving them a call. After our bad experience with A1 painting, we were happy to get someone that knew what they were doing.

Due to scheduling error they missed first appointment to provide quote then made up for it with providing best quote of 5 quotes. Quotes ranged from their $2300 to $4100. Workers showed up as scheduled and after reviewing scope of work, onsite leader decided to bring additional workers back for following 2 days. Workers were polite but only leader spoke English. A small issue was they used outside hose to clean paintbrushes and left water on and hose uncurled each day. Having white grass for a couple of weeks is OK. Overall very good job, biggest issue is lots of cleanup after they left. Whole house needed to be vacuumed, floors washed and windows cleaned from finger prints on glass. They finished last Friday and as of today (Wednesday afternoon) no one from company has called to say thank you for the business or ask if I am pleased with work.
