I have maintenance contract with them actually but I started using them because they are with my homeowners, the home warranty that you can get you can pay every year for you when something breaks and they were sent out and they did a lot of work for us at an old house that we had before we sold it. And then I continued to use them here and when I need service, I ask for them to do the work. I also have a contract with them where they come out and do like a tuneup every Spring for the a/c and then again in the Fall for the heat. We used them when we sold our house. We actually had three air conditioning systems. It was a three-story house. There was a unit for each floor. The people that were buying the house used one of these well-known air conditioning companies that you see on TV all the time that come out and want to sell you an arm and a leg. So I said," That's fine. I'll have my company come out and check everything." We ended up using my company and they did all the stuff that was required for probably half of what the other company wanted to charge.

This is the first time they came out. The techs were very polite. They told me what they had done. They were responsive. They were out within 38 hours. The tech was nice and left the area clean.

They are under my home warranty, but I will never use them again. They charged me for work that I had already paid for. The first time it was under the home warranty, and you have to pay a hundred dollars, they had to come back, after the drainage line was not checked, the way I found out was I was painting the bathroom, and they removed an light fixture, and it shorted everything out. They did not stand by their warranty, and they charged me a second charge. They did fix it the second time around. I even had words with the people in the office, and they even told me I had to pay again. Two workers came, different workers. Took thirty minutes to complete. They do not stand by their warranty. I had to call them back within three months. The area was left clean.

Great service. Company provided through home warranty. Replaced both the motor and capacitor on an older Trane air conditioner. Was very prompt with the window of time given for service with professional technicians. Customer service follow up good as well.

Whatever the cost is, it is worth it because I have no other expenses. It could happen because the air conditioner is old but it has got some years left in it. My son recommended them.

They did fine. If something isn't working and I need them, they come for that. I haven't actually needed to call them on heating, I call them for plumbing. I haven't called them on heating and air because the work that they do keeps it running fine. They do fine work.

He said the lines needed to be jetted and after he left there was black goo rising up in our bathroom sink that had not been there and then he never came back and left us in a mess. We are senior citizens with health issues

"[member name removed] We came to your home to provide service for the warranty company you contracted with for service. Upon arrival the problem was the unit had not been serviced and it was so dirty the entire evaporator coil was 100% clogged with dirt. There was no filter in the system again this is a maintenance issue. We phoned the warranty company with our diagnosis of the call and THEY DENIED COVERAGE DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE on your part. We came back and sealed the opening in the ductwork at no charge to you. By the way the only way on your system to access the coil was to create a "service opening". It was our intent to clean the coil and make the repairs but your warranty company told us you didn't have coverage for the repairs under your contract. I think it is fair to say you have taken unwarranted accusations against our company because the repairs were not made for you. It is the homeowners responsibility to maintain and keep a simple filter in the system which you didn't do. If you had done these things the repair would have been made. It is easy to report to Angie's list one side of the story which depicts the company as a deceptive operator, in this case we wanted to respond withe the non emotional common sense facts about the situation at your home. I contacted Accent Comfort Services when we discovered our
hot water heater was leaking. I had not purchased a water heater in several
years so frankly, I was surprised at the cost. Dan Mills gave me a detailed breakdown of the
work that needed to be done. Since it was a big, unplanned expense, I got a
competitive bid from Lowe’s and their contract installers. At first it appeared
the installation from Lowe’s would be $350 cheaper but when the installer came
to give an actual quote based on the location of our water heater, the pricing
was identical. I felt confident moving forward with the purchase with ACS. I
had planned on using my “6 months same as cash” Lowe’s credit card but when I
chose ACS, I ordered a credit card with 0% terms. The credit card was delayed
but ACS was concerned our leak could worsen and possibly cause damage so they
proceeded with the fix in advance of the credit card. We had our new water
heater ordered and installed within a few days. I highly recommend Accent!
