Description of Work: My dishwasher's lights wouldn't go on so I could not start a wash cycle. It turned out that a wire had burned out. Once it was found and replaced all was well. I was just charged for a service call. All in all, I was very pleased.

Jason told me what to look at so I could get the lock out and then I was able to determine whether it's the lock or the rod that secures the drawers-- and whether it's worth having him come out to replace the lock or not. This was a level of expertise, care and time that I rarely experience anywhere, at any price. Jason is a good guy. I'm grateful and glad to have someone of this kind of integrity to work with me! He’s 5 STARS for sure. I tell all my friends about him and I will definitely use him in the future .
Description of Work: I had a perplexing problem and called Circle City Lock & Key - I had a locking file cabinet and the key, but the thing would not open. Jason, the locksmith, took time to talk me through getting the thing open again. I had tried for over an hour on my own, but with his help and lots of wrestling I was able to get the thing to open.

Jason and his co-worker were at my house in 20-25 minutes, they picked my lock, all the while Danny Boy (the German Shepherd) was by the front door barking with his big mug in the window. It only took about 5 minutes to pick my lock. I was very pleased with their rates and courteous, prompt service. I would recommend this locksmith company to anyone!
Description of Work: Great service! I went out on my back porch and my German Shepherd who was trying to follow me started pawing at the door: in short, he locked me out. I found Circle City Lock & Key on line and called them.
