Description of Work: I thought the fine print was clear, but when contacted by the company was told they would need to quote me even if I wanted exactly what was in the description.

Description of Work: Removed paneling in family room 16'24' and replaced with sheet roc. Replaced all trim and painted ceiling and walls.

Description of Work: knocked down wall between living room and kitchen, leveled floors, laid new wood floors, built cabinets, painted, built screen door, and broke a lot of stuff that was working at the start of the project, ie: furnace, aquarium, amplifier, dishwasher. They had to re-lay the floor, but its buckling anyway, I had to haul their trash away in my trashcans. I had to chuck out all their left over debris, and they still havn't completed the project. He did not write anything down and measured with his feet. He turned up when he felt like it, and did things the way he felt like doing them. End result is nice, good carpenters and painters, but I have a random hole in the kitchen floor where he thought an air return should have been. In desperation I had to hire professional heat/cooling team to replace the furnace he had installed which they could not make work. No compensation from him for their bum furnace.
