One Source Appliance Repair

Description of Work: The water coming into the Fridge was not working, therefore, affecting the water in the door and ice maker. I called "One Source" they were very accommodating to schedule an appointment when I was available and then showed up on time (big plus). They found the problem, ordered the part and came back a few days later to Install it (again on time). I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Fixed a broken thermostat-type part. They did a great job and my dryer works again.

Description of Work: They returned my call right away and scheduled a date to check appliances. They arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem , ordered parts and set up return time to finish repair.

Description of Work: Washing machine stopped spinning over the weekend. Called OneSource on Monday. Originally wanted to come out on Thursday, but I told them I could not wait that long and they rearranged their schedule to come out on Tuesday. Technician showed up as advised, did the repair which turned out to be minor and provided guidance on how to avoid the problem in the future. Also answered all of my questions politely and was very clear and upfront about the cost. Overall, a great experience.

Description of Work: Had an issue with my Clothes dryer. The charge was for diagnosis only. | |Diagnosed the problem and gave me various option with $s. Helped with a temporary workaround so I can have more time to make my decisions. Sometime it is better to replace than to fix - that is the decision I need to make. | |Aaron was courteous and professional. He did get delayed but called me to inform the same. May not be the cheapest but not the most expensive either. | |Will do business with Aaron again, when/if needed. | |

Description of Work: They were assigned to us by our one year home warranty to check our dishwasher that wasn't working. They only needed to clean it out inside & dig out some crud that was left behind from the previous owner and run it thru the clean cycle. Then the upsales began. Due to severely hard water, he recommended he clean our washing machine & dryer and change hoses on them, too. We'd only had them for 5 years, and I haven't noticed a difference since we did it. Of course, we were also convinced we should buy a whole box of cleaning packets for the washing machine to use periodically. Again, no difference as we weren't having any problems with them. |He did what we needed him to do - the dishwasher actually cleans now. He was friendly & professional, as was the office when they contacted me. I just always loathe the upsales.
