This experience went great! I called on a Thursday morning and said my breaks sounded horrible. He said if I could drop off the vehicle he would try to squeeze me in that afternoon, but might not be able to get to it until the next day. He called at 3:30 pm to tell me what the problem was and how much the repair would be if I wanted to proceed. Even better the car was ready to be picked up on Thursday evening!!!

They worked on my truck right away, as soon as I brought it in. It was back on the road and hard at work the next day.

After CarMax wouldn't honor our warranty with them, we tried talking to a few other mechanics and My Mechanic ended up being our choice. It took a bit for us to decide and get the work done (it's a huge chunk of cash, and we were contemplating not bothering and just getting rid of the car), but ultimately decided to go with replacing the engine with a used engine. There was some miscommunication with their price quote initially. They were quoting a "at most it will cost, if we have to replace all the gaskets/seals/etc as well, if the new engine doesn't come with them and the old parts are damaged" so that they wouldn't have to come back to us with a bunch of little things after the initial quote. They'd rather quote high and have the final price be lower than quote low and have the final price be higher. Once we cleared that up and agreed on a price, it was about a week from ordering the engine to us having our car back. They were very patient with us as we decided what to do, worked with us on the price as best they could, and delivered a car that ran better than when we bought it from CarMax. Friendly and professional, and were very understanding of our predicament. While we hopefully won't need to have anything more than simple things we can handle on our own to deal with in the future, if we do find ourselves in need of more repairs, we'd use My Mechanic again.

I think they are fantastic because he drops everything if he has to and works all night if anything is wrong with one of my vehicles. This makes all the difference in my business.

My Mechanic has been servicing our vehicles for four years. Chad and the staff are honest, fair, reliable, and have great prices too. We unsuccessfully looked for a good mechanic for several years, before finding My Mechanic. Now we don't go anywhere else.

My Mechanic found me two trucks that fit my criteria at a very reasonable price. Their communication and service are excellent. They are polite, friendly and honest.
