Description of Work: Replaced a lid switch. I told told the scheduler the part that was needed. She told me that she would let the tech know so he could bring the part. The tech was not told ahead of time. That is the reason for the low responsiveness rating. Luckily he had a part that worked. The change was fairly simple. I thought the price of $140+ was high but definitely better than paying for a new washer.

Description of Work: Checked washing machine and dishwasher. Made some constructive suggestions regarding dishwasher following diagnostics. Replaced some parts on washing machine following diagnostics. Prompt, efficient, friendly and tidy. Washing machine now works as it should. Dishwasher now works as expected with minor setting changes as suggested. I would definitely use them again.
