They were very good. We have no complaints. They were on time and they did everything they said and were good to work with. I like because it is a family-run business. It is the father and wife and then his son and his wife. They are local. I did look around and got one or two other estimates and I think the price was reasonable.

Our fireplace is gorgeous, truly a work of art and a real conversation starter. We could not have asked for a nicer experience or end result. Mogastone is a great example of a family business with talented creative professionals, skilled craftspeople, and a customer focus in all aspects of engagement, something that is very hard to find now days. We investigated many alternatives and Mogastone proved to be much easier to work with, competitively priced, and superior in quality.

My wife and I had been to 4 or 5 other companies, the thing the bothered us the most was that they would send us to a wholesaler where we would view the stock and then go back an negotiate with them on price. Mogastone has their own inventory, so you deal directly with the Moga Family. From Momma Moga and Anca in the show room helping with ideas on the rigth match to our cabinets, Poppa Nick coming out to do the estimate and the tempates, Constantine helping with laying out the templates on the slabs to get the best visual effect and finally the entire team on installation day it was a great experience. They are very professionl and warm and friendly at the same time. They make you feel how important your business is to them. We found one minor flaw in the backsplash and they are resolving it without any issues. We would definetly recommned them and ue them in the furture.

The only issue I had was that we used thier plumber but they never scheduled him even after we talked about how to pay him for 10 minutes when we were at the showroom paying the down payment on our stone. Then when the installers came they asked at 4 pm if we were using thier plumber and surprise he was not available that evening. So I had gorgeous counters and no way to use my kitchen without a faucet or water! I recommend the installers confirm with the home owner when they arrive so the plumber has plenty of time to prepare a visit or someone calls to confirm the day before! Other than that the work went well and the granite is gorgeous and they were $50 cheaper than the best price I got and I used them because they are a family owned business and I like giving local companies my business!

My husband and I had visited Mogastone several times over the past few weeks trying to decide which slab would best match our kitchen. The staff was very professional and Nick came to our home to do a quick measurement for an estimate. They quickly responded with an email of slab choices and prices. However, when we requested a copy of the contract to be able to compare their itemized services with contracts we had received from other contractors, we were told they could not do business with us. They were very uncomfortable with the request and explicitly told us that they do not show the contract until the counterops had been installed. We were not about to proceed with a $3000 purchase without a contract. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

They were 100% punctual. Nick quoted, and did the final measurement. Anca runs the show room. Emil et. al. removed the old counters and installed the granite within a few hours. It was wonderful experience. They all listened to and addressed my concerns and questions. They are truly fantastic.

After a company reneged on price and did not return phone calls I looked on angies list and called Mogastone. They were responsive and very informative. The arranged and scheduled fabrication and installation within 4 days. They did an excellent job from start to finish, and it all went very smoothly. We will be using them again soon for our kitchen.

The first quote was in the $3200 range. We were comparing them with another company. They told us that we would have to use two slabs and pay for both full slabs and the other company was willing to charge us only for what we use. We just spoke to them on the phone and they came out timely and gave us an accurate estimate. We didn’t have a great feeling after working with them on the phone. They were highly recommended and we knew a lot of other people who used them but we didn’t think we got a good quote.

There was nothing that they could have done better. They were perfect right straight through. They were completely professional and on time. This is the second time that I’ve used them. I will use their services again in the future.

I really like the people at the company. They are family operated and owned. I went out there several times to look at remnants and they were very helpful. I like the way they figure their costs; it is less complicated and easier than the other granite companies structure their pricing. They were very pleasant to work with and their pricing was good; I shopped around. I will use them again in the future.

Very pleased with the way they conduct their follow ups, the way we were helped in the showroom and the final product.

They were a little slow on the response back to me but it was around fathers day weekend.

I was very pleased with all the family members who helped me at Mogastone - in choosing my granite, and my edge profile, and the way they price. They charge one price and there are no "extras" to worry about - the price includes the granite - you pick out the exact piece if they have a remnant or slab you can use there - - the edging, the sink cut-outs and sink installation, the fabrication, the templating and the installation. Their website has many pictures of completed kitchen and bath countertops, so you get a good idea of their work. I am aware that you can have a piece of granite brought from another granite yard to them and they can fabricate this as well. There were two minor problems with installation of the long countertop, which my remodeler noticed as he is a perfectionist, and they came out the next day and corrected these to our satisfaction. I am very happy with the process and the results. Although the piece they used for the long countertop was a remnant, it and the top of the kneewall both came out gorgeous in appearance and finish.

Work went very smoothly at a very good price compared to quotes from several other competitors.

Initially, I liked the price, but after they gave me a verbal price, they changed it. I wasn't happy about that, so I didn't use them. They were also a bit rude on the phone.

I visited Mogastone back in September 2009, shortly after that Nick came out to measure my countertop. Unfortunately, I didn't get the countertops done right away because of some personal issues. In March 2010, I called Mogastone - they still had my measurements on file and I went back to the shop picked out a stone and it was installed that Saturday. These guys did a terrific job. I would definitely recommend them numero uno !!!

We visited the showroom and Anka showed us all the options and answered all our questions. Nick Moga arrived exactly on time and measured and estimated right on the spot. He said it would take about a week and it it arrived about 6 days later. They took care of arranging for the plumber to arrive right when they finished and the whole installation was done in about 4 hours. They custom cut on the premises and were clean and careful. The installation team made suggestions for curved designs and were able to make it perfect. The price included the sink, we chose to buy our own faucet. They could not have been better. Anka always answers the phone and takes care of all the details. They were great and the price was really reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work.

We had a very positive experience with all aspects of the project. The showroom had granite samples inside and many more outside to look at. I especially appreciated the lazy-susan styled display of granite counters that you could turn to line up with your cabinet color. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to have Nick come out and measure the very same day. He made helpful suggestions regarding the edging and backsplash. The installation went very smoothed and took approximately 2.5 hours. The crew arrived on time, were very neat, and stayed in constant communication with us throughout the process. Overall, we were very impressed with Mogastones prices, color selection, professionalism, turnaround time, and quality of service. We love our new counters! I would highly recommend Mogastone.

THE PRICE WENT UP $500. FROM WHEN I GOT THE ESTIMATE AND I PAID THE 50% DOWNPAYMENT. ABOUT A WEEK IN TOTAL. THEY WERE LATE, SEAMS NOT REAL SMOOTH, TOOK 4 WEEKS TO GET FREE CUTTING BOARD THEY PROMISED. FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING THE RUNAROUND A LOT.GROUT AROUND SINK IS NOT COMPLETLY SEALED. THE PLUMBER THEY RECOMMENDED WAS A LOT MORE COSTLY THAN THEY TOLD ME HE WOULD BE.THEY DID CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES WELL. DISPOSED OF OLD COUNTER AND SINK.

The crew removed old counter and unhooked sink. During install of the new granite there was one small problem, but the install crew was able to find a solution and everything came out great. We were very pleased with the work.

Mogastone was great, they helped us pick out granite for our kitchen and went through all of the options including edge and sink. They came out the day after we picked up the granite and removed our old counters and installed the granite in under two hours. They were extremely nice, informative, professional and had a great price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for granite countertops.

Nick and the staff at Mogastone were helpful in selecting the right type of granite for our kitchen and lifestyle. They gave the pros and cons of different types of granite. The team was very punctual with all of their appointments, including the initial estimate, final measurement of the template and the installation. The workmanship is very good. They are not the lowest price in town, but the value is excellent. Prior to selecting Mogastone, we looked at other contractors' work and saw what a "lowest price" installation looks like. We are very happy with our selection.
