Good advice on a valve that may leak. Were able to make an informed decision to wait on replacing the valve assembly. Quickly fixed one leak. Adjusted all heads to get best coverage. Very pleasant, professional service. Will definitely use in future and recommend highly.

They contacted me for an appointment the next business day after my purchase. They were able to schedule me for an appointment within about a week of the purchase. They were very thorough and did a great job. We tried to hire them for regular maintenance but we our outside their maintenance service area.

This company was not the best at scheduling a time to come out to the property. Also, I requested that my beds be edged but was informed that the company didn't have the correct equipment to perform the work so they were unable to edge my beds properly. Finally, instead of weeding the beds, they sprayed the weeds in close proximity to several bushes which have since died/gotten very sick, and the weeds came back.

They weren't very careful like they ended up killing some of the tulips that have just come out. They have just chopped two of those off. I just felt like they were pretty careless in general. The person in charge really did his best to get here as soon as he could because he told me he was booked for several weeks but he was able to shorten that and come sooner. They made an effort to get here. But like I said, one of them was careless with the plants that were already here. I don't feel like they tried to be very meticulous or thorough. I did not know this happened with the tulip until after he left.

I originally purchase their deal for 4 hours of clean up since I'd just purchased this property and it was empty for months while on the market so the yard hadn't really been maintained. They came in, mowed the property, weeded, edged, trimmed shrubs, weed treated areas and swept and bagged my clippings and yard waste. The place looked like new! Well worth the purchase price. They weren't here for 4 hours, probably only a bit over 2 but my property is small and they left it look fantastic!

Four people came and they got it done quickly. The quality was less then I expected. I don't like to have plants hacked. There is a fast way and a right way. They did not take in consideration for the structure of the plant.

They are very professional. They are very reasonable in cost. My grass looks terrific. They have been doing it since last fall. It is now May and my grass has much improved. They are very straight forward and they tell the truth. For instance, I asked them to provide the service and it wasn’t the appropriate time and year to do that so they declined to do it even they would have made money on it. They do what they say they are going to do.

I purchased their Deal through Angie's List. They contacted me the day after the purchase to arrange the service. They were able to schedule quickly and showed up on time promptly. They went about their business efficiently and professionally.

I paid for 2 of the Big Deals to clean an absurdly big area of wet, matted-down leaves that I clearly wasn't getting to anytime soon. I bought 2 because I figured it would take hours and hours. Rob and 2 guys came in with 3 backpack blowers and cleared off the leaves in 30 minutes. I then was scrambling around my property looking for more work for them, which they did eagerly and happily. For weeks I couldn't stop looking at the yard with a smile. Will use them again.

I was basically told that they were doing me a favor, because this was not their service area and Angie's List was not specific enough to exclude some areas. They had to honor the purchased deal. (second indicator of trouble) After giving specific details for the scope of work, instead of asking for clarification, they just did what they thought they needed to do and in haste worked as if they had to be somewhere else. My perception is they didn't care and did the bare minimum. I was promised a nice yard, what I got was a sloppy hack job. I believe the neighborhood teen would have done a better job for a quarter of the price. I ended up redoing the work myself. I would not recommend this company.

It went well. Their work was solid and left our yard looking clean.

The crew was prompt, friendly and very effective. My lawn had a lot of issues and they knocked them out in half the time I expected they would. These guys are great, I will definitely use them again!

My yard was a huge mess -- one part was especially bad with a sort of 'abandoned lot' vibe going on. Lawn and Order came out and quickly cleared out a tangled mess of brush, as well as a large area of vinca and weeds that had grown a foot and a half high. They did major pruning of a dozen or so shrubs, many of which were terribly overgrown, and did a good bit of tree trimming. They loaded up all the debris on a large trailer and got rid of it (if they bagged/bundled it for pickup it would have filled my whole cul-de-sac!). Anyway, they did a great job and 6 weeks later I'm still amazed at how much better everything looks.

Lawn & Order Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance Co. is very good. He was here a month ago to give me an estimate for a job I want done this month. His prices are fair. They are a nice bunch of guys and they took care of the job and cleaned up the yard properly. They listened to me and took guidance from what I wanted them to do.

I got the special of 4 hours. They brought four people for 1 hour. That would have been okay, but they were in too big a hurry to do what they could and move on. Telling me they had 16 other jobs to get to that day. Because they worked so fast, they didn't do as much as they'd promised and they didn't do a good job of what they did accomplish. The worst was my holly tree. I'd asked them to shorten it and trim it. They cut it short, but didn't trim because they ran out of time. Now it looks like a headless football player. They were very nice and prompt, but the holly tree and the fact that they cut a couple of my ornamental plants to the ground while cutting weeds keeps me from being able to recommend them.

Guys had a little trouble finding my address but they called when they were on their way for guidance so I was not waiting and wokdering. Trimmed all my shrubs, edged the yard and cleared up all debris.

It went very good and they were very polite.

The guys did an excellent job and made short work of it. Would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I can not say enough good things about Joe and his crew! I wish I could give an A++. From the start, he always emailed or called me back right away. He was quick to come out and give me an estimate along with some great advice on things I could do myself. He had great ideas on what to do, and offered suggestions to help me on cost. They came out quickly to do the work and had it all done in under a few hours. They are awesome to work with, too. It was actually a fun experience. I will definitely use them again!!

I am very pleased with the service that I have received. I sent Lawn & Order an email after reading about the company on Angie's List. I received a prompt reply from Joe Bailey, the company president. We set up a convenient time to meet. Joe arrived promptly and thoroughly inventoried my yard, discussing the various services that he could provide. I explained to Joe that I had some financial limitations, and I needed to work in small stages to get the yard ready by the fall, when I plan to put my home up for sale. Joe was sensitive to my financial concerns, and was able to propose a reasonable monthly plan that would enable me to achieve my goal of having a beautiful lawn and landscaping by the time the house is due to go on the market. When the landscaping crew arrived, I was pleased to see that there were enough employees to perform all of the tasks. I watched them from my window and saw that they were industrious and task-oriented. The crew communicated well with each other and no time was wasted. I went out and introduced myself and the crew member with whom I spoke was very engaging and responsive to my inquiries and suggestions. It was clear to me that the crew is knowledgeable and well-trained. I look forward to seeing my lawn improve with every service. I felt that I got more than my money's worth from the Lawn and Order crew in this first visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and left me feeling confident that I have one less thing to worry about as I prepare my home for sale.

We bought the Big Deal. In addition to Big Deal, we paid $100 extra to dump the yard debris. My experience was good with them. I had to do a little bit of phone tag to come up to a date for them to come out. They brought extra workers and the yard looks really nice. We have pine trees and a valley of bushes, so it was general yard cleaning. They are wonderful to work with.

Great job as usual. Lawn and Order has been taking care of my lawn for over 5 years. They do a good job at a reasonable price. They offer suggestions and if they can't do what I want, they have great suggestions about who can.

They stayed in contact with me via cell phone, as to when they would be coming. I was out of town when they came to do the clean up, ad came home to a beutiful lawn. I highly recommend thi company

I began using Lawn & Order for lawn service, leaf blowing, lawn treatment, etc. about 2 years ago. Essentially, they do everything needed for $100/month. For the most part, the experience has been good, and my neighbor has started using them as well. My lawn still looks a little sparse in spots, but that's more of a tree issue than an issue with Lawn & Order. Overall, Joe is very easy to work with and very responsive if you call with an issue.
