Description of Work: We scheduled an estimate with this provider- the estimator communicated via text which initially seemed very unprofessional. The man providing the estimate offered very little information about the services the company provides and did little to talk with me about paint options for the job. He was in and out in 5 minutes after taking measurements with his laser measuring tape and said he would send an estimate that evening. I did not receive an estimate from him and emailed and texted the next day to inquire about it. I sent one more email at the end of the week and still have not received any form of communication since.

[member name removed] We want to respond to you review. We arrived at your home a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. You let us in and right after we walked in another painting company arrived that you that had been scheduled earlier who was late. He stood there while we were measuring. When we were done he continued to stand right there, you never asked him to step outside or into another room and we will not discuss with a customer our program in front of a competitor which is why we left your home without providing delays . We did tell you we would e mail you the quote which we did the next day. You contacted us a few days later and told us you hadn’t received the quote, we sent it a second time. The time frame between when we came out and today has been less than two weeks which can be a normal time period before a customer gets back to us. Until earlier this week we haven’t heard from you regarding our quote other than you contacting us the first time telling us you hadn’t received it . Regarding you saying we didn’t send the quote which was sent twice sometimes people have their e mails set up to block senders they are familiar with or aren’t recognized by their computer and the computer files it in a spam file. I would also like to point out there are two different last names on the file, [member name removed] and [member name removed]which may have cause some form of confusion as well. We are sorry about the confusion but believe we were trying to service you.

Description of Work: Five start Painting did an excellent job. After I gave them the go ahead the owner came out again and walked the job with his lead person. They finished the entire house in 1 1/2 days. When the job was finished we walked the job again to review the work. Great Job!!!

Description of Work: these guys are really fast and do a pretty good job. Had to have them come back to touch up some of our trim but they came out the next day no problem. Good service, good price. Tom K was a great sales rep to work with as well. We got a discount becuase we used them a few months prior.
