Cary Car Care

I have used them twice now thanks to Angie's list. This is a family owned business that is very professional and prompt on fixing cars. My two times with them have both been a great experience. East they were honest, friendly, professional and worked fast. I had to replace a belt the first time, that failed an emissions test, and my car quit starting. Both instances, they told me what was wrong, what they did and I paid my bill. BTW, the bill was always very fair and its one of the few times in my life that I did not feel ripped off by an auto shop. Many businesses could learn a thing or two from Cary Car Care. I will continue to use them for all my car issues in the future.

We found Cary Car Care on Angie's List and taken our car in for an oil change before this visit. Very happy with the service, the owner even came out and introduced himself - us being a "new face" at the business - you can tell they really care about you as a customer and making sure everything is taken care of to your satisfaction. My husband's car went into Cary Car Care for this visit, needed an oil change, air filter and one tire was leaking air. Unfortunately, the tire could not be repaired and two tires had to be replaced. Pricing was very competitive and and the job was taken care of quickly. We are very pleased with Cary Car Care and will continue to go to them for our car maintenance needs.

This is the fastest, yet thorough service I've ever received. I'm so thrilled to have finally found a reliable, fair, and trustworthy car maintenance center. I've been going to the dealership since we moved to Cary, but I will now always go to Cary Care Care.

Just fine. Cary Car Care does the diagnostics and then calls me to discuss what is needed. They have never done service that I didn't think was justified. I've used Cary Car Care exclusively for 18 years. 'nuff said.

When I moved to Cary in 1995, a friend recommended Cary Car Care (CCC) because of their honesty and good work. She also said that they treated women the same as they treated men, which is important for female customers. We have used CCC since 1995 for every kind of service done on all our cars. They have also serviced my adult son's car since he moved back to Cary. They have advised us when we would be better off to replace the car than to repair it and given us solid estimates of items that must be repaired immediately and what can wait. CCC serviced our Ford Explorer and Oldsmobile for ten years, We replaced those cars with a Lexus suv and a Lexus GS 300. After the first two maintenance visits to the dealer, we started taking them to CCC every 3 months for an oil change and every 6 months for a tire rotation . They schedule me within two days of my call, and they deliver the car within the time frame they estimate on the phone. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, but the two Pauls answer most of my questions. I'm convinced that the reason my car is at 138,000 miles is because of the attention it receives at CCC. I never feel that it is necessary to get a second opinion. It's a family owned business that has been here for years and will hopefully remain here as long as my family is in Cary.

For the first time in years I found a car care center I could trust. The peace of mind I now have is a huge relief. I found Cary Car Care Center on Anglie's List. It is a family owned and operated business, and I now feel like I'm part of the family. Unlike all the other services I've used, including dealerships, there wasn't any manipulation to do work I didn't request. The others always found another problem that had to be fixed immediately or disaster would befall my vehicle. The cost was reasonable, especially since the other quote I received was higher. Finally a car repair facility with integrity - WHAT A FIND.

Not only do I give them high marks on price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism but I always feel they are treating me honestly in giving my guidance in prioritizing repairs and providing money saving alternatives.

We have been using Cary Car Care for years and highly recommend them. You always get an honest diagnosis of the problem and they fix it right the first time. There have been times I've taken a car in for repair and told them what I think the problem is only to have them call me back and tell me that I needed a less expensive repair instead. They could easily have gotten more money out of me but they don't work that way.

Although I didn't have the suggested appointment, I dropped in and they went that extra mile to juggle some things in order to work me in a very timely manner.

I had no appointment, but they took me right away. I waited while they discovered the reason for the flat was a huge bolt that I had run over. I have nothing but the nicest things to say about the whole experience this time or any other time I have gone there. I always feel like I am being treated more than fairly. I would even say that I feel like they are the kindest and most professional people I know.

As usual, everything was performed to satisfaction. My employer relocated to NC in 1998 and I discovered Cary Car Care in early '99. By far they are the best auto service provider we have ever used (including while we resided in MD.) I have used their services ever since, even after retiring in 2004 making the 30 mile one way trip from our home in Clayton. Confidence and trust in their service is what keeps me returning.

It was a great service. We have had them do a number of things; all the way from oil chances to engine changes. We have been using them for about 8 years. They do a good job with the quality of service. Once we had an issue, we brought the vehicle back and they were able to fix the problem. There was an air conditioner compressor; it was warrantied from the company and it went out after 13 months. They were able to replace that and all I had to do was pay for the labor.

They are absolutely wonderful. I moved away from that location, but I drove all the way back there to use their services. They are friendly and their estimates are exactly what it is going to cost. They are able to get it right the first time. I have been using them for about 7 years. It never mattered who you got, because everyone there is great.

They are a wonderful place. I have been using them for about 20+ years. They have taken care of old cars, new car, foreign vehicles as well as domestic vehicles too. I wished all the business I dealt with were easy to deal with and forthright as this company is. They are always honest and if something is going to cost you, they will tell you the cost. They will always save parts if you want them too so they can show you them. It is a place that I trust to take care of my needs. They have an easy/convenient location too. I have confidence in this company and they have great customer service. The owners also come out often and recognize us as being continued customers.

I have been going to them for years. I like that they are the best auto car place that I have been able to find. It is a family owned business and they have great mechanics. They never try to sell you anything that you don’t need. They service both of my vehicles. They have fair prices and are extremely responsive. I schedule the appointments with them and if I have an emergency they are able to fit me in. I also have recommended them to friend and family too.

It was fine. I have used them for the past 6 years and they do all the main work to my old Toyota. They are very friendly, personable and easy to make arrangements with. Their location is easy to get to. They even ride with me to hear a nose if they need to. The employees and mechanics are consistent. They call to let me know what is going on and describe everything that comes up and lets me know the best solution. There was one time I had to call them back to check something out again, but they were able to do that for me and get me in quickly. They were referred to my by my sisters company who knows them through that company.

They have been the shop that we have gone to for 18 years. They do good work and they are good people. They are reliable and pleasant to work with. They have a friendly front desk and great mechanics. They have replaced some tires and 2 months ago they did some other work on my cars engine. I think that they have very fair prices too.

They have done a ton of work for us. They are excellent and we have been using them for about 5 years. We were referred to them by a neighbor and then we told a lot of other friends about them as well. They stand behind everything that they do and their work is good. If I ever have any concerns after they are done, they are able to look at that again for me. They answer all my questions and explain everything too. If there is a repair that I want to hold off on, they are okay with that and they work with my on that and let you know how much longer I have left go. They do all kinds of services! I want to also add that they have competitive pricing too. This is a family owned business and I can tell that their hearts are in it. Bryon, Paul, BJ and Kelsey are super to work with.
