Went very well. The car is 27 years old, over 230,000 miles, and still in good shape. Cary Car Care continues to keep it in very good, safe operating condition. Highly recommend them.

Great! Very pleasant people and trustworthy. They have a wall full of all the ASE certifications their mechanics have earned. In addition, they reminded me about the recall on my car for air bag problems and gave me advice on how to get that service done sooner. The waiting room was satisfactory....chairs not too comfortable, a little TV, but only beverage choices are coffee and tea. I will continue to take my BMW to them.

I took my car into Cary Car Care because my door handle would not open the door on the driver's side. The mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly and told me that the "bezel" was broken (not sure I'm spelling that correctly) and the door handle was worn. He recommended replacing both. Both parts were not in stock and I had to go out of town the next day, so I took the car back a week later for the repair. My car was ready to go in about 1 hour and 15 minutes at a reasonable price. Every time I go to Cary Car Care, I leave feeling confident that any service was done correctly. Plus the waiting room is very pleasant and clean, and everyone is professional and kind.

I waited with the car for all the services above. Work was completed in one hours and 15 minutes. Car was in the bay area at the appointment time.

Regular oil & filter change for a 1990 Miata with 227,000 miles. Running like new.

I love going to Cary Car Care because I can make an appointment and wait for my car while it is being serviced. The waiting room is pleasant, and everyone is polite. My 12-year-old car received the service I requested in an efficient and professional manner. I feel confident in the work performed by the mechanics at this automotive shop, and I am a loyal customer because of that and the professionalism I encounter.

It was easy to get a convenient appointment. I waited in the pleasant reception area while the work was done. I was updated every 20 minutes or so as to the status of the work and was apprised of costs at each point.

As always it went very well. I have been taking my car to Cary Car Care since the 90's. I have always been treated fairly and I trust them completely. The quality of their work has always been outstanding. I would highly recommend over a "dealer".

Fantastic. This was our second visit to Cary Car Care, and they exceeded our expectations, which were already very high, given our first excellent experience with them. First off, we arrived early for our appointment, by several hours. Kelsey was accommodating and flexible and squeezed us in to the rotation so we could be helped, with minimal wait. We were never made to feel as if we were at fault or were an inconvenience. She made of feel at home and like we were valued. Second, the work was done quickly and the price was fair. We use Mobil One synthetic oil for our car, which we know to be pricey. The price CCC gave us for the oil and the work was reasonable. In general, we really love the service and professionalism there. The people are friendly, the facility is clean and welcoming, and the work is fair, reasonably priced and honest.

Overall, it was FANTASTIC! I never thought that I would be so excited to write a review as I am about this one! Cary Car Care is truly a place where you can find trustworthy, honest, and professional mechanics that will provide fair pricing while ensuring your car gets back on the road better than new. After taking my car to the dealership for factory recall work, I was advised that I needed close to $700 worth of work done. I was also given the scare tactic that if I don't get the work done, it could void any factory warranty. I decided to do my due diligence and call around to get multiple quotes. My first and only call was to Cary Car Care which quoted a cost of around $200 for all the same work to be done... $500 less than the dealership! Price isn't everything! Sure, anyone could beat a dealers price when it comes to servicing a vehicle. What impressed me the most with CCC, and at the same time made me really disappointed in the dealership, was that most of the work that was suggested to me by the dealer was not even needed nor recommended to be changed by the manufacture. The work that was suggested to be done was only listed as a "check" for my current mileage and after CCC checked these fluids, most of them were in great condition and not needing to be replaced. From this point forward, I will only bring my vehicles to Cary Car Care! They have truly earned and deserved my A+ rating and I highly suggest you let them earn your business as well!

It went great! We were impressed that they were able to fit us in so quickly, first off. Often times, highly-rated/recommended car care places are heavily booked. The fact that they were able to get us in within two days of calling was excellent, and tells us that they staff appropriately. Customer service (we spoke with Kelsey) was friendly, cheerful, and professional. We showed up just a couple minutes late for our appointment, but didn't wait. Kelsey helped us immediately. They did something most shops don't bother to do--they came out before they started the work and reminded us that our car recommended synthetic oil, showed us the cost, and asked us permission to continue. It seems like such a basic courtesy for a business to offer, but it happens so rarely these days, we were pleasantly shocked. We waited less than an hour for them to complete the work (oil change & NC state-vehicle inspection). During that time, five other customers came in. They were clearly repeat customers, and were treated like long-time acquaintances, very welcoming. When the work was done, they took the time to explain the work, the invoice and price breakdown, then surprised us by giving a discount! We hadn't asked for it, but they offered it to us, anyway, for mentioning Angie's. They also gave other unexpected bonuses, such as checking our tire pressure and correcting (we were way overinflated) and assessing the condition of our battery, and letting us know that we had some light corrosion on the terminals. The shop was spotless, with complimentary coffee, magazines and TV, Kelsey and her cousin, who are co-owners, were also neat and uniformed and very friendly and professional. They took the time to chat us up, despite being busy, all without missing a beat. Such a great place; they are our new permanent car care specialists.

It took 45 minutes for them to investigate the problem, replace the refrigerant and test for leaks. Byron came out to talk with me with a diagram of the A/C system which he explained in just the right level of detail. He then explained what he was able to see and do, and what were the next steps if the problem came back. He offered conservative suggestions, which I greatly appreciated. He also mentioned something he spotted with my tires that would prevent me from passing inspection. I asked him some questions and he said he'd get back to me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Byron called 2 hours later with the exact info I requested after doing some research. I can see why this place has great reviews. They seem very down-to-earth, trustworthy and experienced. They've been in business for many years, and seem to genuinely appreciate each customer. Everyone is treated well. Their questions are addressed and their problems fixed efficiently. I didn't feel like I was paying for a franchise's overhead or a fancy waiting area. Just the skill of the people and the quality of the products. The only thing I would have improved upon is the TV in the waiting area (like EVERY other waiting room) was loudly playing the usual idiotic daytime TV show that no one was watching. I would have preferred silence or music.

They reported the cause of the problem and the estimated cost before performing the service. It was completed in a timely manner and fixed the problem. We have gone to Cary Car Care for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I made an appointment with Paul for a checkup. I'd been having a small problem with my car, and asked to have that checked as well. The technicians went over my car from front to back and found nothing wrong. They topped off fluids and made suggestions for continuing maintenance. The folks at Cary Car Care were polite, straightforward and willing to listen. I think the charge is very fair for the amount of work done. We'll be coming back.

Called Monday and set up appt for Tuesday with Kelsey. Dropped off car and BJ called when it was done. Great service. Very nice, professional staff. Highly recommend.

The workers did a good job. They were prompt. The staff was friendly answered all my questions. I would let friends know that they are a good repair shop.

I sent a detailed appointment request, including the size and specifics of the tires we wanted. Within 24 hours, they responded with an appointment confirmation. They called wile working on the truck to indicate that they needed to replace expensive air sensors and to let us know that the brakes were ok. When we picked up the truck, the costs were exactly as described. They made several helpful observations concerning future work. They had also gone to the Toyota site and printed out some recalls that we might need to address with the local dealer. The price was reasonable, and they ere very helpful and professional. We will be back.

I have never been so appreciative and trusting of a car service mechanic! They are the best in the Triangle. They've been around for 25 years and are well known for their great service. They are incredibly fast, thorough, are great at explaining the reason for any repair or service recommended and are willing to prioritize that list! They also provide quotes in advance of the next recommended service date.

I had a good experience with them. They were customer focused and I did not have an issue with what they did, the quality was good. Communication was clear and they took the time to explain things. They got me in as quickly as they could.
