Description of Work: Dropped off the Odyssey for 105k mile checkup that included major work including replacing the timing belt. I received my expected afternoon call indicating completion of the work ready for pickup. While in the shop, they included status of tires, brakes, battery including notification of a pending recall on my vehicle. I drove off confident in their work, respectful of their professionalism. Description of Work: I've taken my car to CCC two times in the past few months and both times service has been excellent. They are upfront with pricing and options and do not try to up-sell me on anything. Their rates are excellent as is their work.

Description of Work: I switched from another service center to this one because they care about cars and service. I have a rather old truck and as the original owner I have expectations of keeping it on the road. I had a rather long conversation with them about the long term goals for the truck. Surprising they were very supportive in the plan for the truck. They even suggested a plan of how to and in what order to have things done. | |The work they have done has been great, no half way just get it done work or short cuts , like using wire ties to hold parts together ( which happened at the previous shop). They also worked with my schedule,since is was going out of town and could only drop the truck off before I left.

Description of Work: My mother has a 2003 Buick Regal that was overheating or I should say running hot and never overheated and broke down but it was running very hot and coolant was on the garage floor in the mornings so I assumed it was a water pump but regardless I didn't have the time to do this anymore even though I have torn apart a 3800 before in my life time for my old 98 LeSabre so I'm very versed in these engines and like I said I just don't have the time to do this stuff anymore. We took it to these people because of the reviews on Angie's List and they even gave us a 10% discount. A week later my mother calls me and tells me she doesn't have any heat you see it wasn't cold then but now that the temperature is going down a week later she needed heat. I removed the radiator cap and salt tons of sludge rust you name it on the couch and there was hardly no coolant in there. I added a gallon of coolant 50/50 mix and her heat now works I asked her to show me the receipt and I see what they charge her for a gallon of coolant but I have no idea what these guys think one should get for $500 I will tell you this we are never going back to these people again I think they saw us coming. Her system is seriously overdue to have it flushed out all the crud you would not believe once I remove the cap yeah these guys supposedly did all that and fixed it only thing they did was remove and replace the belt tensioner which I understand for that model she has in the one I used to have that the coolant does flow through the belt tensioner and that's what had to be replaced but come on $500 I guess that doesn't include taking pride in your work and doing it right or even taking the time to notify us when we picked it up how serious your cooling system issue is even though they were placed the belt tensioner assembly. Never again never again these people are off our list. I guess they don't realize how much mechanical knowledge I have and saw my mother coming and just wanted her money. We are lifelong resident of this area shame on you Cary car care. $500 did include an oil change
