Excellent!

They were great. They were courteous. They gave me a ride home, and they did the best they could to save me the most money.

We have always used Cary Care Care. They are the best in this area. The Hyundai shop was going to kill me. Cary got me out of that financial issue with that. I had taken my care to Hyundai and they could not diagnose the problem with my check engine light being on. I broke down on the side of the road. It was towed to Cary. They had it fixed and keys back in my hands by the next day. They have worked on our cars for the past 7 years, including all of our maintenance, tires and 50000 mile check up. They have taken good care of my older vehicle. They are wonderful. They will take my husband to work. They are quick and straight forward about what is wrong. They don't run unnecessary diagnostics. They also don't kill my pocketbook! They give us a company discount through my husband's work. They are A++.

They do a good job. The availability is pretty good. One can always get done something the next day and not just wait a couple of days. The price is pretty decent. It's not the cheapest price around, but it's decent. They are reliable. I've taken my cars for years and years and I've never had some things not getting fixed right.

I found them useful. They explained properly what needed to be fixed and gave me options with no sales pressure. They were very professional and helpful. I expect this service from any car shop. Their price was a little high.

We've never been to the Cary Car Care center before, but they were very friendly, helpful, and prompt. We've taken the car back for a minor repair since and have continued to be very satisfied with the service and price.

They were very straightforward and they were on time getting my car in. Both times I arrived a little bit early and the people that were scheduled to work on my car had not shown up so they actually took my car in early. I am a single woman and they did not pull those scare tactics on trying to get me to do other work. They did point out that I will need to do some work on the sensors in order to pass inspection, which I appreciated them giving me a heads up so I can budget for it. I am planning to use them again.

The leak came back overnight, and I was leaving for a 550 mile trip that could not be rescheduled due to my father's health. I ended up taking it to a transmission specialist in the state where I was traveling to, who took apart the transmission and determined the problem was a faulty pass-through electrical connector. The issue was corrected for $213. I do not recommend taking your car to CCC for a transmission problem. They are very nice but not transmission specialists.

I had a problem with my traction control system. I was able to drop the car off the day before. They started on it the next day. The drove the car, checked it out mechanically and electrically. I am very knowledgeable about cars and was impressed on how well they explained what was going on with the car. They did not know my level of experience, but explained in a way that was thorough, but not condescending. Once they called to let me know the work was complete and my car was ready. I asked them to rotate the tires for me and they did. I was so pleased with their service I have already recommended Cary Car Care to at least 3 other people.

Cary Car Care is my mechanic of choice in the Triangle since I moved here in 2009. They do good work at fair prices, and the total cost is frequently less than their estimate. Paul S. and Byron are helpful and friendly. I appreciate that they don't try to sell me extra services -- their focus is clearly on long-term customer satisfaction, not making a quick buck. The waiting area is fairly spartan, but they have free WiFi and a clean bathroom. My only possible improvement? I wish they were open on Saturdays, too, but their 7am-6pm hours (appointments required) work fine if you're local. I recommend them to everyone.

They were very helpful. They advised on how much it would cost to get it fixed. They made useful suggestions. We ended up selling instead of repairing the vehicle, thanks to their help. Their charge was minimal and I would use them again.

They were great and things worked out well with them. I was pleased with them. They provided quality customer service, really went out of their way and were very thorough. They were honest and open with us about the test they were running and asked us first. They really went that extra mile and really helped me out. They ran a bunch of diagnostic tests because it was hard to figure out what was wrong with my car. It was nice, even with the diagnostic test they went out of their way to take the car home to really try to figure out that they could reproduce the problem so they went out of their way.

They were thorough and they tried their best to solve the problem. Their pricing was fair and they did not overcharge. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Wonderful. They have our cars ready on time and their costs seem reasonable.

Called on Thursday, and was given the next available appointment for Monday morning. Phone rep was polite, explained their appointment policy. The car was garaged over the weekend, so the Monday appointment did not pose a problem. Check in for the appointment was quick. They provided a follow-up phone call within 2 hours of drop-off confirming the specific problem and provided an estimated total repair cost (parts + labor). Price was reasonable for the work being performed. Vehicle was fixed and ready to go that same day, which was a pleasant surprise; I expected it to take at least another day. Check out was quick and easy, total amount was slightly less than the phone estimate, and everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Great experience overall.

I took my VW Jetta in for problems with the thermostat. The guys were very professional, completed the work in a timely manner, and didn't charge me for services that I didn't need. I will definitely use their services on a regular basis.

I called Cary Car Care and they gave me a clear picture of what might be wrong with my car and what they would do. I took the car in in the morning and they had it ready for me in the afternoon. They fixed the original problem and a few mall issues. They were careful to call me and tell me what the problem was and what it would cost. Cary Car Care is professional, timely and reliable.

We took our 2000 Nissan Altima to Cary Car Care based on their high ratings on Angie's List. We had a few problems we wanted them to address: squeaky wheels, the appearance of our check engine light, and a mysterious noise coming from the engine when the car was idling. I e-mailed on a Monday and made an appointment for Thursday morning of that week. They were very friendly and responsive on the phone. By the end of the day Thursday, they had fixed two of the things we asked them to, wheel squeak and check engine light, and found and fixed an additional problem, left axle crack. We all then turned our attention to the mysterious engine squeak, which occurred when we test drove the car with the tech Thursday night. We needed the car back for the weekend, so we made a second appointment for the engine squeak the following Tuesday. They kept the car all Tuesday but by the end of the day told us that they couldn't get the car to squeak, so they wondered if they keep it overnight to try it cold Wednesday morning. They kept taking the car out on short trips all day Wednesday, but still couldn't get the car to squeak again. So we took the car back home, intending to bring the car back to them if it started squeaking again, but so far nothing. There was no charge for the second visit... but it remains to be seen if we are charged for their time if the problem recurs.

Service station was accommodating to our work hours. Although I specified everything I wanted done, they still did an oil change I didn't asked for. I let it go because I had said that I was "essentially combining a 100,000 mile checkup with a later check-up" (that wasn't quite due yet) and an Oil Change is part of the Manufacturer's recommended service for 100,000 miles. Another lesson for me about using service station lingo carefully.

Paul and his staff do all the work on my family's cars because they are honest, and complete the repair within the time that they promise it. All his staff does great work. We've taken our cars to him to run a computer check and guide us in whether to keep or replace the car; bought our tires from him; and trust him to do the major repairs at 60,000 and 90,000 miles.

The work was on time and done correctly.

They're Johnny-on-the-spot for all the repairs we've had. We can't always get "same day service" when we call, but once the appointment is set, everything goes as promised. They call when there's an issue we need to talk about.

When I moved to the area, I tried two mechanics and wasn't satisfied with the work. I found Cary Car Care on the internet and had them replace the rear axle bearings and seals on an older Ford Expedition. I trusted them with a major repair and they proved to be an excellent shop. Subsequently, in addition to two more repairs on the Ford, they worked on my '86 Isuzu Trooper, repairing the exhaust, and diagnosing some engine problems. The service again was excellent. On one occasion, I could not leave the car for the day and made an appointment for mid-day. They took the car in immediately when I arrived and had the job finished much more quickly than anticipated.

This is by far the most honest and upfront auto service house I have ever dealt with. I routinely drop of my vehicle the evening before my appointment. They have a convenient key drop. They always call to discuss what they have found and what needs to be done and what does not need to be done. The work is always done on time. In fact, it is usually done early.

We've used them for years for all our car work, including tires, electrical, and general maintenance. Any questions or problems are quickly resolved. Not the cheapest, but things get done on time. Nice to have a 'car guy'' I feel I can trust.
