Gibson's Construction has been established since 1996 we are family owned and operated and we offer full range of construction services and grading from small jobs to large jobs. We are a father and son team and use the best people and materials that we can find. We do not hire subcontractors because we do the work ourselves on-site to make sure they job is done right! we do contract price only. We will give a 10% discount for Angie's List members. we do not offer paving service or tank removal,pavers. We do the highest quality of work and services and do not take short cuts or bandaid fixes. With decades of experience and continued top service we are here to help, you are not just a customer but become family with us.

He was having several issues regarding water intrusion and mold.In the basement the concrete block had mold due to water intrusion from the outside. in the upstairs mold had got into the carpet as well. First thing we done was to do mold remedial in basement as well as upstairs which included removing carpet. once remedial was complete we coated wall in basement with foundation coating. on the outside we installed French drains and new gutter downspout drains to divert all water away from house.When this phase was complete we repaired part of the sidewalk and entrance. The project went well even thou we had to deal with snow, and [member name removed] made it easy for us to work around his house. During this time of work he was away so each day I showed him pictures and gave reports. We appreciate letting us work on your project and I look forward to working with you on the next projects you have planned

Description of Work: My experience with Gibson Grading was far more than satisfactory. With David's expertise my homesite was transformed from an area with poor drainage issues and a crumbling landscape into a real showcase! Through the use of several different earthmovers and fabric barriers, he literally sculpted the land here and even reseeded my lawn! Follow this with a resurfaced road bond driveway, custom parking area and a tailored turn around, I couldn't be happier. Last but not least, I'm loving my new peastone patio! David is a very polite and an extremely well educated young man. He is also easy on the eyes, making this entire experience an A+++!

Her driveway was washing away due to gutter downspouts and the age of driveway, Me and dad Re graded the driveway plus installed a new parking area so she would have more room to park and turn around and rerouted the gutter downspout lines away from driveway, when we finished that part we spread road bond over surfaces. In the back portion of her house she had several drainage issues and part of her bank was sliding down toward her house and was a concern, We regarded to make better drainage plus re sloped the bank and installed erosion control matts to stop any more issues, the areas we graded we sewed grass seed and spread straw. The area from her driveway to back steps she need a better path plus when it rained it would be muddy, i re graded area and spread pea gravel and she will be using this area for small patio. The project went well and I am glad she is happy with the results, in the spring we will go back and build a area to her utility building. Thank you for allowing us to work on this project for you and we look forward to working with you in the spring

Description of Work: David used a jackhammer to dig a trench in the concrete floor around the interior perimeter of the room. He then filled it with gravel, installed a piping system which leads to a sump pump in the adjacent crawl space, and then filled the trench with concrete. He also cleaned my gutters and sealed cracks in the concrete walls exterior and interior. With the recent rain we had - about 4 inches in a 24 hour period - the basement was perfectly dry. David went above and beyond on this job. He has even checked back with me several times to see how everything was working. I intend to hire him to do all my household repairs in the future! I highly recommend him.

Member kept having moisture issues, so i devised a drain system. a conventional sump pump was way to big for her application so i built an affordable pump system that would work for her basement. space was limited but the system i devised worked really well. I filled in cracks in foundation and sealed. i enjoyed working with Member Thank you for letting us be of service.
