We had scraped and painted our house ourselves except for the board below the gutters ( just below the roof) that was too high for our ladder to reach. The crew from your company approached the job with the same professionalism that I imagine they show with their bigger jobs. They did a fine job, left the job site clean, and we were completely satisfied.

I've hired Asheville Painting before and i will absolutely hire them again for this house if necessary or others in the area if/when we move. They do an excellent job of giving timely quotes and sticking to the expected cost with any overruns explained and approval obtained prior to the extra work performed. They were on time, stayed in touch, and the crews were excellent to work with. Suggestions were given, when prompted, which is much appreciated. Materials used were top-notch and the craftsmanship (yes, this was painting) was great. Attention to detail, such as sanding the decks prior to staining, was fantastic.

Derek is terrific! Although he had the day wrong on his calendar, he came early the next day and cheerfully and carefully applied three coats of bright orange on a white wall. Required a very precise hand and good eye.

They did a great job on our two homes. They power washed and painted a 2500 sq ft home and stained a 550 sq ft cabin, along with painting the foundation. Asheville Painting was prompt with a competitive estimate. The job was scheduled and completed very quickly. The workers were professional and skilled The quality was excellent and we were very pleased with the outcome.

After the initial call, a rep was here within a week to survey the job and give me an estimate. I received the estimate 2 days later, and contracted with them shortly after receiving other quotes . ( approx 2 weeks ). This project was completed so smoothly and timely, i am still amazed. Asheville Painting is THE painting company to use. Jim and crew pressure washed my deck, ( even though it was not being painted or stained ) and added painting to some doors that were not contracted for. Nice people , GREAT work!

They were incredibly easy to reach and answered all questions promptly. There was one small problem, but the company made it right. I wasn't there when they did the estimate, and even though I had read the description of the work they had planned to do and initialed a contract, some confusion lead them to powerwash both decks but only paint one. When I called them, Derrick was professional and helped me see the small detail I had overlooked, but he said he would come back in a couple of days of and paint the other deck for no extra charge. I appreciated his willingness to do this, and I believe many companies would have refused or charged me more. Also, my wife had forgotten to mention that we were Angie's List members when they drew up the contract, and when I noticed and mentioned it, they honored the 5% coupon. I've run into other contractors that would have said that it was "already figured into the price." Overall, I found this company to operate with a high degree of professionalism and integrity, and I plan to call them again for my painting needs.
