I would definitely use this service again! Angelica and Miguel did a fantastic job. They were on time, courteous and professional. I will definitely request the same team the next time I use their service. My only piece of advice is to book the service a week or 2 in advance of when you need them. They are a busy service and I can see why they are in demand. The company did work with me in providing a lot of options for dates and their responses were always timely. All in all I had a great experience with them.

Not happy with the way the two cleaners did not put things back in the same spots. The shower glass door was not clean when finished..

I contacted the housecleaning service and she stated that she would not be able to get me scheduled until two weeks from now and I am unable to wait that long.

Angelica and Miguel did a fantastic job! The house was left spotless when they were done. The job was done very efficiently and I couldn't be happier with their work. I started using this company on a regular basis, they are our go to cleaning crew!

Laura and Miguel arrived promptly at scheduled time. They arrived with all cleaning supplies and equipment. I explained my expectations (what I wanted to emphasize and what to deemphasize). I was pleased that they could speak and understand the English language. They went about their business and after doing the routine cleaning, cleaned woodwork and windows, as asked, to fill the contracted 3 hours time. After completing the housecleaning, Laura asked me to walk around and see if anything needed additional care. Ther was nothing needed. I would have given all exceelant marks but gues I am spoiled from previous housekeeper, who did little extra things. After they left, I noticed garbage had not been emptied. But all in all, I would use them again for deep cleaning (3 hours).

The team did a great job cleaning our house. I have been undergoing treatment for breast cancer and have not had the energy to do much around the house in a while. I was thrilled when I saw their work! I will definitely use their services again!

The cleaning staff were right on time and worked without stopping for the entire time (maybe even a little more). I was VERY pleased with the work done, getting into corners and dusting and washing that often are overlooked by cleaning services. This was the best cleaning service I have used - and they started with a lot of built up dust and mess accumulated since I've started having health problems and not been able to do as much as usual. The cleaners were pleasant, enthusiastic, responsive to special requests In addition to the fact that they did a really good job, I really liked them! I will definitely plan to use them again.

They were fabulous! I live a long way from where they are based in Burlington -- however, they were on time and my house was spic and span when they left. I was very pleased with their professionalism and friendliness. I liked them instantly and we had a good rapport. They were cordial to me and I will absolutely use them again in the future. I appreciate their promptness, professionalism, courtesy and hard work.

The cleaners were on time and ready to go. We did a quick walk through and pointed out what the priorities were. I was extremely pleased with the service and the way everything was done ! Will definitely use them again !

Two cleaners did an excellent job in cleaning our home. They were efficient and thorough. And, they truly wanted to make sure did a good job. We couldn't be more satisfied with the help we received.

The service was great! They showed up on time, were pleasant, and did exactly what was agreed upon. I am very happy with their services and will use them again. I wasn't sure they would be able to do everything I asked for in 3 hours (2 people were sent instead of one, which worked better for me quite frankly), but they worked steadily the whole time they were here and finished up everything right on time.

When the cleaners arrived, I stressed that I wanted the bathrooms cleaned as well as the house floors and the baseboards. I added that I would like for them to dust. They were on time, brought their own supplies, and did a great job cleaning the bathrooms. Unfortunately, the next day, I noticed that the finish was off some of the nail heads on my three week old $1200 custom fabric headboard (most of it on the bottom left side next to the bathroom). I contacted the designer, and she said that in 20 years they had never had a complaint of the finish coming off of the nail heads on a fabric headboard. The only people (other than my husband and myself) who had been in the master bedroom since the headboard was installed were the cleaners. (I have no animals or children in my home.) By this time, it was after business hours on Friday, so I called the cleaning company on Monday morning to speak with Laura Geraldine Naranjo, the owner. When she returned my call Tuesday, she stated that she would call the people that had been to my home to clean. She asked me if the headboard was wooden or fabric. When I replied that it was fabric, she stated that they dust the wooden ones. She told me that she would call me right back. I also went onto the message center and emailed this company. When she called back, she stated that the bed rails were really dirty and that they were cleaned with a cloth with water. Believing she was getting the rails confused with another room where I had empty bed rails, I took a picture of the master bedroom fabric headboard as well as the rails that I thought she was talking about. I emailed the pictures and asked her to please come out to my home and look at the issue. She did confirm that there was an issue with the nail heads but did not think it was from her workers. The owner stated that she was not able to come to my home as she is going to school in Maryland. (The business address on Angie?s List is in my NC area.) At first she told me that they don?t clean headboards made of cloth, then she told me the male worker used water and a rag. When I ask whether something could have been on the cloth, she told me that they do not use chemicals except in the bathroom and a really dirty kitchen. This is not true as I had to stop the worker from using chemicals on my stainless steel kitchen sink. These were very hard workers and they did a great job, but I don?t feel like they really know what kinds of products to use on different types of finishes throughout homes. November 28 was the last time the owner contacted me. She told me that the reason that she could not come to my home was that she worked 2 jobs and that she went to school in Maryland. (The phone cut out twice during the conversation. I am not certain of when it occurred the first time, but the second time was at the end of the call.) The owner mentioned the dusty bed rails. I told her that the headboard was only three weeks old and was not dusty. She asked if I told her crew how old the headboard was. I replied that I did not tell them how old anything was in my home. We talked about the use of chemicals by her employees. She said that they do not use chemicals to clean except in bathrooms and very dirty kitchens. I told her the female cleaner put Comet on my stainless steel sink and that I had to stop her for fear of the cleaner scratching the sink. The owner stated that they don?t use chemicals on metal. I said, ?Laura, that is not true.? I told her that I had witnessed the female employee spraying a colored liquid on my chrome based barstools. She stated that she has never received a complaint before about the use of chemicals. I reminded her that there was another concern expressed on Angie?s List about a cleaner being used on a wood table by her workers. She said something to the effect that they only set a container of it on the table. Before the phone cut out, the owner said that she would find out what chemicals her employees were using and get back with me. It surprised me that as the owner of the company she didn?t know what products her employees used for cleaning because I thought cleaning products brought in by the company employees would be standardized with a cleaning company. Because I did not hear from her for the remainder of the day, the following day I left a message on Angie?s List message center to remind her of what she said she would do. To date, the owner has not responded. After all of these exchanges, there has been no indication from Ms. Naranjo that I should have any legitimate concern at all, no apology about my dissatisfaction (other than sorry for your inconvenience), and no offer to make any kind of restitution for the damages. The fact that the finish on the headboard?s nail heads closest to the master bathroom were the worst affected suggests to me that whatever cleaner was used in the bathroom was still on whatever cloth was used on the nail heads in the fabric headboard when the workers moved to the bedroom. I am concerned that she repeatedly denied the use of chemicals by her workers, yet a previous complaint was noted on Angie?s List, and I personally observed her workers from using chemicals on metals twice in my home.

Went very well--they asked us about any priorities and then worked hard to do the job. $99 was a promotional price.

They were completely professional, asked what preferences I have about the cleaning and moved through the job completely and as I asked them to. I plan to use them again on a regular schedule.

The cleaning lady showed up late, she go her car stuck on the way over here. Then her and another lady only cleaned for two hours and had to go. What happened to the other hours?

Before ever meeting Angela, I was impressed by her compassion and flexibility. As I suffer from chronic illness (fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue), I had difficulty "shoveling out" enough of my personal items (accumulated and stacked up over several years) so that a cleaning crew could get in to do anything, much less the cleaning that desperately needed doing. Due to infections and flare-ups that kept me from getting that preliminary work done, I had to reschedule several times. Angela was so gracious about this! Finally, the day finally came when I had cleared out enough for her to move around, and was it ever worth the wait! I do not easily admit strangers into my home, but from the first, this mother/son team were so sweet and personable that I was immediately set at ease. I was still working to clean out the dining room and sunroom when they arrived, and while Angela tackled the bathroom, her son jumped right in, helping me move books and boxes around - anticipating my every movement and need. It was like working with members of my own family. Angela and her son did an absolutely fantastic job! They brought all of the supplies needed and worked quickly and efficiently throughout the afternoon. I was delighted by the thorough job each did, as they clearly took pride in the work. By the time they left, every inch of the floors, windows, counters, sinks, cabinets and shelves in my home absolutely shone! I cannot say enough about the wonderful job ABC Angels Cleaning did for me. Do try them. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent clean, very thorough, lovely staff. Prompt, friendly. Only reservations are 1. Use of softscrub on wood surface (dining table), 2. Did not tell me that faucet broke. My home was very dirty and it was super clean when they were done.

My house (4 bedrooms, three baths, split level) was empty because we were preparing to move in. The team of cleaners managed to clean every room and vacuuming/mopping every floor and washing the windows as well. They were very friendly and brought all their supplies. This was helpful because my vacuum and supplies were still at our old house. Everything sparkled and smelled divine!

It was okay although they did not do 6 hours, we got about 4 hours. They are good people but they did not do as much as I thought they were supposed to do. The price was fine. They were mediocre.

went great will definitely call them up next month worth every penny! responded promptly to all my messages i had some schedualing issue but they made it work for me very pleased.
