They arrived on time and worked hard for three hours (2 people). I liked their friendliness and attitude. I felt I could trust them if I left, and that they would be dependable.

Even from before the house cleaning, Laura was professional and punctual with our email correspondence. She arrived with Angelica a few minutes early on the day of the scheduled cleaning. They brought all of their cleaning supplies. After telling them what I wanted them to focus on, they both got to work immediately and worked steadily for the full three hours with minimal talking. They were efficient, did a good job and worked hard. I have had another cleaning crew at my home, and they didn't do as thorough of a job so I was pleased with their work. They both were very personable women and I enjoyed having them in my house. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you for the great service!

This company is a lifesaver and did an AMAZING job on my home. My home is currently on sale and after todays showing the feedback from the buyer was on how clean the home was and spotless. I will definitely continue to use this cleaning service while my home is on the market and will refer the new buyer to this company. They were on time and very professional.

Overall the work was fine. There were some issues but I've shared those with the company for their own knowledge and hopefully improvement.

The people that came in and cleaned and did a wonderful job. My husband didn't realize that the service was already paid for and they had cashed that check. I want to take advantage of the same deal and they said that it was going to cost more. I don't want to pay more if it's going to cost more than $99 and it had already been deducted from my account.

It went great! The team showed up a little late, but they called to let me know they'd be late so it was no problem. I showed Angelica around the house and told her the kitchen and 3 bathrooms I most wanted cleaned, and she immediately got to work with her partner. 3 hours later, not only were the kitchen and 3 bathrooms clean, but also my 2 bedrooms, living room and dining room - what a great team! I would recommend ABC Angels Cleaning to anyone who needs a little help around the house - I'm sure I'll be calling them again!

Arrived as expected, and did overall cleaning as I was moving out of the home. I paid for 3 man-hours of cleaning. They did not clean well along the borders of the carpets. The wood floors were done well. Seemed like they were in a huge hurry the whole time. They did not give me the full time I paid for.

Cleaned bathrooms top to bottom, dusted, mopped, deep cleaned kitchen. cleaned baseboards and whatever else needed attention. ,Attentive, hard working and friendly. At the end of the day the house was spotless. WOW

I purchased the big deal, 6 man hours. Almost immediately I was contacted to get it scheduled. After scheduling 2 people for 3 hours of service, they were punctual and professional, brought all their own supplies and hustled the whole time they were here. They had their work cut out for them, things had gotten a little out of hand here at the home front, but they made my showers and kitchen shine, which is an admirable feat. Straight A's except for a B on quality because I noticed that when they cleaned my floors, they didn't move things, like the kitchen trash can, to clean behind it. Regardless, I would use them again. And the house smelled fresh and clean when they left.

It was great. They did a good job and very thorough. I'm very sensitive to smell and the smell of whatever cleaning product they used, bothered me. The smell was very strong and it stayed for in the house for like two or three days. I would use them again in the future.

They came for 3 hours and two people did a wonderful job cleaning my home.

The two ladies were very professional and worked diligently the entire time of service. Even though they were 15 minutes later than the agreed appointment arrival time, they stayed 15 minutes longer to have the full 3 hours paid for. This was the first time we had professional cleaners in our home, so we weren't experienced with what specific details to ask for, but they went above and beyond our expectations with their service. When I came home from work, I was very pleased that I was not overwhelmed by the smell of cleaning products since I am very sensitive to scents. We are considering using this service again in the future for regular cleaning.

Communication was awesome. Cleaning crew showed up on time requested and immediately started work. The crew was very professional and did an awesome job cleaning our house. I would highly recommend and will use their service again.

I purchased the deal for six hours of cleaning on Angie's List (two people for three hours). Laura was very prompt in scheduling the appointment. She was also very quick to respond to any of my questions. When Laura's workers arrived, they were very courteous and professional. We walked through the rooms I wanted them to clean and they got to work without any further questions. I work from home on the computer and the ladies were respectful of my space, which I appreciated. I have a short-haired dog that sheds quite a bit and my vacuum does not do the best job of picking up pet hair on carpet. ABC Angels made quick work of it. I couldn't be happier – my shower and garden tub look brand new, the kitchen is meticulously clean, and the wood floors are shining again. My whole house looks and smells so clean, my mother would be proud!

I have had a great deal of difficulty contacting the provider. They never even responded to the Big Deal purchase through the Angie's List Message Center. I have decided to wash my hands of the situation and have requested a refund of the Big Deal purchase from Angie's List.
