+ -1 moreMr. Thompson responded promptly to our call and was able to come to our home within the week. It was particularly convenient for us that he was willing to come to us on Monday, July 5, a holiday for many businesses. He was friendly and professional. It was gratifying to know that although we have only employed him two times previously in the past four years, he remembered us well. He completed the work promptly and successfully and had all the parts necessary for the work with him. He helped us greatly by not only recommending a plumber to replace our septic tank pump, but "going the exta mile" by calling the plumber for us, describing what he thought needed to be done, and being available by phone when the plumber was here to help him manage the wiring and setup of the new pump.
Description of Work: Mr. Thompson repaired a motion sensor outside light that was not working, repaired several non-functioning electrical outlets within the house, and diagnosed and corrected a short circuit from a broken septic tank pump that was causing a circuit breaker to repeatedly switch off. Mr. Thompson has performed other services for us in the past, all to our satisfaction
