King & Queen of Clean

Description of Work: I used them a while ago and they did an adequate job, I give them a solid b for quality. While the basics were done there was nothing that really stood out for me.

Description of Work: I bought the big deal which was $149 for garage cleaning. They did a great job but did not spend 4 hrs which was included in the deal. They did haul all of my designated junk away and rearrange some. But the actual cleaning was just sweeping and cleaning the inside windows. In all I was pleased though. I had done a lot of prep work so it's hard to know what they would have done if I hadn't sorted and piled the jumk prior to the appt.

Description of Work: Long wait for appointment then they didn't show up. When they came weren't able to remove all the junk. Kind of a waste of time.

Description of Work: Hauled all the junk and unwanted items from my yard. Services included actual removal from the yard so I didn't have to do much at all. All telegraphed except tree branches.

Description of Work: Actually, using them again is a "maybe." The price they quoted for regular monthly service seemed high compared to other cleaning services we've used. However, they did clean thoroughly and efficiently.

Description of Work: It went very well. Audrey even cleaned behind my dryer and replaced a light bulb for me I was pleased with the service and would recommend her to others.

Description of Work: I have purchased a Big Deal from King & Queen of Clean for housecleaning.

Description of Work: Used a cheaper product than I use that smelled sweet and disgusting. The contract said 2/3 hrs or 1/6 but these 2 women only stayed 2 hours. They were leaving when they called to me on the porch that they were done. No walk through was done. As I checked over things throughout that afternoon, I found shelves and speakers that were not even dusted. My house is small and not really ever extremely dirty. I expected a better effort.

Description of Work: Audrey has amazing organizational abilities! She and her partner were able to clear out our 2-car garage (which was stuffed with stuff) and put everything back in a way that allows for 2 cars to fit! Our goal had been to clear it enough to get 1 car in, so we were very happy. And they managed to do all of that in 2 hours. Very pleased with the garage clean-out service!

Description of Work: Perfect, exactly what we expected picked up an old shed that we had taken down. They arrived when we expected very pleasant and down to business.

Description of Work: They cleaned up my basement of an enormous amount of junk and made it possible for me to maneuver in the space.

Description of Work: I think the cost was around $79 for about 3 hours of cleaning. They were responsive and punctual. And they cleaned well. My only complaint is that one of the cleaners brought her daughter (age around 12-14) with her. She brought her daughter because school had let out early or had been cancelled due to inclement weather. Anyway, her daughter helped clean - so it was a bit awkward to have this tween help clean my house. For that reason, I would not use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the garage and reorganized it. They did an OK job but should have asked what I wanted before the job began as things were organized so that I couldn't access a couple of things I need access too. They also could have done more deep cleaning but only had two hours to finish all. I had to rearrange a bit after they left. But for the price it's very nice to have a less junky more organized garage.
