They did a good job. I had no complaints with them. The service perfect.

They were excellent. I was happy with them.

The service was fair. They did some good work but really did not do a really thorough job. They were supposed to do a top to bottom but missed some spots. I was not terribly pleased. They also broke a small mirror and never mentioned this to me.

No comment. Don't use this company!!!!

She showed up at 11 AM children in tow. Couldn't get a sitter. I offered movies and toys to play with. No they helped her clean.. I was very specific in our e-mails that I had all hardwood floors, no carpet, and that I had Pergo in the kitchen area. Because of the houseguest and his dog I wanted extra detail spent on the floors. I took her into the bedroom where my guest and his dog stayed and showed her how dirty it was, lots of dog hair. I really wanted special attention paid to this room as I was expecting new visitors in a few days. We had discussed this in e-mails. It was imperative that this room be really clean. Vacuum and mopping with either Murphy's oil soap or vinegar on the hardwoods But, the Pergo was to be vinegar only. They spent considerable time in the house, leaving about 1:30. I was outside working in the yard. I was a bit concerned when I saw the 7 year old boy with a relatively dirty duster cleaning my full glass door. When she came out to get the vacuum I noticed that it was an upright. No attachments to get under the beds.. sure enough she didn't vacuum under the beds. She did mop the floors. the bathroom floor was wet, really wet, puddles on the floor wet. There were globs of Murphy's Oil soap in 3 places, how do I know? I stepped in them. She mopped around the beds. I had to vacuum and mop under the beds. there was only 2 beds. my house is only 1200 sq feet. She mopped my Pergo with Murphys. how do I know. globs of Murphy's, how do I know.. I stepped in it. and now my Pergo is slick as glass. I live in Durham, She came from Knightdale, It took her an hour to get here. I would suggest she put a limit on where she goes from now on I doubt she would make any money driving from Knightdale to Durham. I feel really bad for her that she came all this way. I feel really bad that I had to get up under my beds and vacuum after I was so specific in my need for this room to be clean. I had even taken down all the curtains, stripped the bed, there was only a table and a bed in the room. She did a good job of dusting, and cleaning the bathrooms. Floors are not her forte.

Found a "Groupon" type offer that said 4 man hours of yard work for $80, so purchased and setup a date. I was not in that day but my mother in law was, and she said that one woman turned up after having been to the hospital the night before and was struggling - why didn't they just re-arranage?? Lawn has odd cut out where they obviously cut too short and then raised mower to cut higher, so it looks bad. They used MY strimmer, broke the pull cord so I have to get it repaired and used my fuel, when they made no mention that they would use it, they didn't even ask. Obviously you get what you pay for, great price, but really shoddy work and no explanation or offer to come back to finish, even for a little more money. This just sucks, now need to pay to get someone else to finish.

It was great. They were on time. They worked the whole time. They were able to get all the goals accomplished. I would use them again.

They did complete the work and did most of what they said they were going to do.

I called on a Monday and the owner was able to see me the very next day, what I liked was the convenience of them meeting me at my discretion the next day which was very cool, better yet I wasn't put on one of those long waiting lists, they were out in the next 2 business days, Great Job Guys! I would recommend the company to friends and family,
