Pretty good for the price - overall clean was good, they did a good job on the floors and bathrooms, but few things were missed. They were very friendly, punctual, and I would use them again.

the 2 ladies were able to come a little early which fitted my schedule, were responsive to my requests, did a thorough job, were pleasant to work with.

These people were so nice but regrettably, I have to rate them only fair. They worked hard, but they missed dusting chair rungs, table tops, and other obvious places. More seriously, a lamp was knocked over and light bulb broken. Also while vacuuming, a computer was disconnected which could have been a disaster, but I don't think we lost very much. I thought they were a little slow as our house is less than 1900 sq ft and they say they will clean a 3000 sf house in the number of hours allotted. Floors did not shine and overall the house did not shine as I expected. I've pondered what to write because they were so nice, but I think they should be advised to be very careful as it would be easy to break a treasured item. It just takes a little care and attention to what you are doing.

The service was just okay. I was expecting a very thorough entire housecleaning. My house was not cleaned as well as I had hoped.

They were here on time, worked the whole time, and did a great job.

Great! Audrey was very accomodating to my schedule. She and her teammate came to my house on time- a tad early even! They listened to what I wanted and in what order I wanted my rooms cleaned. Audrey managed to get rid of mold that had taken over my master bath. They were professional, courteous, and FAST!

My husband purchased this package as a birthday gift for me early in November. He kept telling me he was having a hard time getting in touch with the company to schedule the cleaning. On Nov. 7, I began calling instead of him. I never heard back from the company and kept leaving voicemails. I finally reached someone in person about a week later, he said the business was his wife's and that she would call me back that day after she got back from a job. I never heard back from her that day. My husband and I started to call again and, finally, he heard back from them close to Thanksgiving and was informed the service could not be provided until December 6. We changed our schedules around and I canceled some appointments, rescheduled my daughters' doctors appointments so I could be here that day. Throughout this entire time I have left numerous voicemails with my phone number and my husband's phone number each time. I can provide call logs if necessary. On Dec. 6, a half hour before the appointed cleaning time, my husband called me to tell me he got an email from the owner informing him he had never responded to her phone call to confirm and so we would have to call back to reschedule. She told him she was using an old phone number, which we never provided her. I was upset that I had canceled all of our appointments and rescheduled my whole week around this so I could be at home and called asking for the money back (this is the second time I have asked for the money back). I left a voicemail with this information and our numbers (again) since I could not get anybody to speak to - again. This afternoon my husband received another email from the owner informing him I left her a nasty voicemail and to call her to rearrange things, further stating she got the phone number she used (which we have never used in any communications with her) from Angie's List and implied that she had reported us as difficult to reach with Angie's List. At this point I just want my money back and do not want the service. We have been Angie's List members for years and have written numerous reviews and have never had an experience like this one.

They came today to do the work and they arrived at around 9:30am and left around 1:30pm. Around 1:30pm she came and told me they had finished the 4 hours of work and that they would be leaving. I told her the coupon says nothing about only covering 4 hours of work. She said she'd have the Angie's List storefront manager contact me but I didn't want to wait on that. As far as the work goes, they blew the leaves from only the front lawn and driveway but didn't even touch the side yard or back yard so those areas are still covered in leaves. They didn't do any mowing - they didn't even bring a lawn mower with them. They trimmed some of the shrubs in the front of my house, but they didn't touch the side shrubs or the shrubs in the back of my house and when they arrived I told them I'd prefer the shrubs in the back be trimmed first and foremost. During scheduling I asked her what type of equipment do they have, will they remove the leaves or should I arrange for that to be done, and she said they would take care of everything.

The 3 people on Audrey's team cleaned the house very well.

My experience with King and Queen went very well. It was a pleasant experience and i would have them back again.

They arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which is better than arriving late. I asked them what they would be doing and they said dusting, vacuuming and mopping. I don't remember seeing a mop. Overall, the quality of cleaning was uneven. Some rooms met expectations and some rooms didn't. The rooms that didn't meet expectations weren't thoroughly mopped, vacuumed and dusted. They meant well, but required too much supervision to have them return.

Overall, I am very happy and the only concern I have is that Audrey did not have time to clean my upstairs rec room and the hallway upstairs. She did a very thorough job downstairs.

They did a good job and it is pretty rare to have anybody do a good job these days. They were very professional.

Everything was very nice and pleasant. This was my first cleaning service.

Everything was not dusted, bathroom floors were not mopped, windows were not washed (as high as can be reached by a 3ft. step ladder), hard wood floors were mopped with my cleaner and mop, cob webs were not removed, master bathroom vanity was not cleaned correctly (although when I brought it to their attention they did clean it more),counter tops and splashguards were not properly cleaned in kitchen. That is all I can think of right now. I was not a good experince for me.

I wasn't there during service, my wife was, but she said they worked hard and diligently, and did everything they were asked to do, including cleaning the hardwoods and baseboard.

Crew arrived on time (actually a little bit before) and did an excellent job with a house that had not had a thorough, professional cleaning in too long. I hope to use them again. Thanks!

Because we were putting our home on the market in November, we wanted to have one thorough final cleaning of the house to go that extra step to show the house well. So, we took advantage of the Angie's List deal of 1/2 off house cleaning up to 3000sf. When I do a full house cleaning of my home, I include the basics plus good detail - like, attention to the baseboards throughout, around the toilet/floor area, remove all things on kitchen counters to ensure all areas are cleaned/crumbs gone, etc. I therefore expected at least that level of detail cleaning when hiring a company, whose sole income is based on cleaning homes. Two ladies came to do the work - after they told me they were finished and scurrying out the door, I went around the house to inspect the job. It became clear quickly that one person was certainly more detailed and thorough than the other. The hall bathroom was well cleaned, including baseboards and small corners - the master bathroom looked as if the baseboards and areas at the base of the tub and toilet hadn't even been glanced at. My daughter's room had been detailed dusted, obvious that the person carefully removed the nicknack type items from the dresser to dust well and replaced the items neatly and accurately. The master bedroom was clearly dusted Around items, except for the one glass and wood shelving unit that appeared to have been well cleaned. The kitchen counters were not cleaned well -- I only had a few items on the counters, having cleared them off prior to the appointment. Yet, still when I moved the toaster away from the corner, there were crumbs. When I moved the ceramic pot, there were crumbs. When I moved the utensil holder, I could see the area underneath had not been touched. Three simple items to move in order to clean the entire counter tops and that little effort was not made. Their vacuum broke down, I was asked if they could use mine (what if I didn't have one?) and I got it out for them. I'd think they would dumped out the receptacle of what they vacuumed up - they did not. The ladies were nice and personable - but this wasn't a job about personality - this was a job to get the house cleaned well. This was my first and Only time of paying a company to clean my home. I will Not do it again. I clean more thoroughly and detailed myself- perhaps I should go into the house cleaning business if this is the level of 'clean' that company's get Paid to perform for others. My husband was even more upset about it than I was, seeing as we purchased this service to help alleviate my stress of lack of time having a toddler and prepping the house for sale. I did call the company that morning, about 10 minutes after the ladies left -in hopes they could have them turn back around to complete the job more to my satisfaction. However I got a voicemail - they returned my call later that evening asking the issues, I gave them the details. They did offer to send them back out, but at that point I'd already cleaned 75% of the areas that were not done well. And honestly, it's a bit uncomfortable to have strangers come back into your home who are only there again because you complained about their level of work - just didn't want the potential of dealing with possible further issues. And really, this all should have simply been done well the First time. My experience was unsatisfactory - I gave them a C overall only because they did at least call me back and offer to have someone come back. Though it would have been nice if they'd have offered to either refund or send some one Else out to re-clean at another time. Otherwise, as far as their level of detail for cleaning - It's just not worth paying for. And to think I paid 1/2 the normal cost!! Wow. Can't imagine having paid double for this poor level of work. I'm sorry to have to provide such a negative review - I'd just hate to see others pay for this too.

The team cleaned my house in a timely fashion. Very good job except a couple of places needed dusting and tub was not as clean as I had expected. Overall they did a great job.

I checked the caller ID, and they had not called. I arrived twenty minutes early for our appointment, and they had already been there. I wish they had shown up on time and called like they said they did.

It was good. The one thing I didn’t like was they left my hardwood floors really wet. When I got home I had to dry off the floor. When I went upstairs to my bathroom I was in my bare feet and my feet were sticking to the floors. It was evidently not a normal mopping. They did a good job in every other way.

Can't say enough good about them. I do have a broken arm and my typing is hindered, but if my arm wasn't broken I could fill a page with "kudos"

They did very good work. However, I think they were running ragged because they were completing a large number of jobs via a coupon offering from Angie's List. The work was well worth the cost, but I would have wanted a more meticulous and thorough job if I was paring the full price. Certain things were missed.

Everything went very well. I was happy with their service and would use them again. I already bought another big deal for them to come back and clean the house in the future. They were very professional and thorough. I apprecaited they followed up with an email after the service.
