The King and Queen were great! Fast, friendly and willing to do extra. They hauled away, cleaned, dusted, and wiped away a grimey garage! Perfect of a Spring Cleaning. They even organized my extension cords! Highly recommend this service!

I was getting ready for a hip replacement surgery. Needed help. Carlos and Pearle were very competent. I did not stand over them. They knew what to do. Just great.

The communication was awful and after reading other reviews we were not the only ones. She never returned calls or would give straight answers as to when they would be available. They had excuses for everything. I would not recommend them.

We ordered an Angie's list, " the big deal" for $59.00. The deal was for junk hauling and removal I spoke with Audrey Battle on 12/27. The date was set for 2/4 per my request. She and her husband arrive right on time. She had called to say they might be a little late, but arrive right on time. They were profession and pleasant. The junk was removed very quickly. It is a real pleasure pleasure to have go so smothly

The project / job went very well overall. They started with a disorganized mess and made it organized and manageable. We can park one of our cars in the garage now.

I hired them to cleanup my daughter's apartment as part of our move out. Prior to coming, we exchanged several emails about the date/time, work to be done, etc. This is part of the process to turn over to the apartment complex. The furniture, etc. had been removed. King and Queen came in to wipe down the kitchen, bathroom, clean the floors, etc. The coupon was $89 for 3 hours of work. Since there was no furniture, they actually finished a bit early. They did a good job of cleaning all the dog hair, etc. that was left over.

Audrey showed up on time and did a very professional job. We were impressed with the speed that they worked and how well they cleaned our house. They spent extra time on the bathrooms, and it really showed. I highly recommend them and would call them again.

They hauled away a good amount of our stuff with no problems. I was surprised how much they could fit on that trailer. We feel so much lighter now. Great experience!

The two women who did the work arrived on time and were professional. We were very happy with their work. They paid good attention to details. The bathrooms sparkled. Vacuuming and dusting were thorough. The kitchen floor looked good. Overall, a very good job.

King & Queen of Clean did a really good job cleaning my house. It took awhile to get the appointment set, but when they were finally able to come, I was pleased with the outcome.

We had a coupon. We made an appointment and she was able to schedule us quickly. She did come an hour early for the removal, which almost killed the appointment because have a tenant. Normally, though, early is great! she removed the item and took it away, end of story.

the service of cleaning my home was accomplished. However they apparently dumped a cleaning product on my toiled and let it sit which ruined the finish on my brand new toilet seat. i did not bother to complain since it seemed more trouble then it was worth. everything was clean but with a large oversight with the toilet i won't be using them on a regular basis.

Absolutely wakeful- not a professional company at all.

They were extremely prompt, responsive to my requests to focus on particular spots that needed attention and also went about their business without disturbing me or my husband (we both work from home). I would definitely use them again.

We had two cleaners. One seemed more thorough than the other. Their vacuum cleaner stopped working part way through the job and they had to borrow ours. Their work was okay. For the price, I'd consider hiring them again.

Too difficult to reach for scheduling - called a number of times,left message which was unanswered after two days.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this project. They did a good job and were professional and on-time.

Provider was scheduled for December 20 2012. Provider did not show. She called me that night and said her son was in a car accident. I said no worries and rescheduled for janurary 8 2013. Provider calls me on the 8th and says her husband has the flu and she is pregnant and can not make schedule. She further explained the guys that worked with her would not listen to her.

They did a great job. In the time allotted by the 'Deal', they worked hard and did quite a bit of work. Would definitely hire them again in the future.

King and Queen of Clean have been cleaning for me for about 2 months and they do a nice job. They are very easy to deal with. Very friendly. I definitely recommend them.

,Two ladies showed up on time and worked for 3 hours to complete our house cleaning. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased.

No work was done. I have not received a refund as of today 12/21/2012 for the canceled service.
