King & Queen of Clean

King & Queen of Clean was absolutely horrible. They put out an advertisement for people to come take whatever they wanted. There was no supervision of the activities. They removed plants, fixtures inside the house and trees. I was beyond unhappy. The permanent items belonged to the new owners. I called very unhappy and was promised a refund. I still have not received that. I would never recommend them.

Wonderful. She returned my calls quickly. Came even early and was here for over 3 hours cleaning non stop. I loved it and I have used many cleaning companies before. In fact, I was so impressed I plan on using them now continuously. Looking also into them possibly helping me finish all the packing.

Went well. Signed up for bimonthly service.

It was my first time using a cleaning service. She arrived on time with her little helper. They were very professional and completed everything in a timely manner.

Bought the big deal through Angie's List. It took a while to schedule but when they came out I felt they did a good job. She was not very friendly but it din't bother me much since I just assumed she was busy cleaning. I'm planning on using them again because they gave us a good rate. Hopefully it'll be easier to schedule once we are regular customers.

The folks came when promised and promptly attacked a garage in need of rescue. In about three hours time the garage had been emptied, cleaned, items put back in an organized fashion and all the trash and unwanted items were loaded up an hauled away. I am pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.

There were two ladies that came to clean my garage and haul away the broken or discarded items. They straightened, swept, cleaned garage walls and windows of cobwebs. Audrey, they owner, asked me which items I wanted hauled away and she put them in her trailer. Everything was clean, organized and completed efficiently and in the timeframe we had set-up.

They never called me or e-mailed me after my purchase.

The garage cleaning went very well. Very hard working couple. Took about a hour. (As we had already had most of the junk hauled away a couple of weeks previously) Worth the price to have everything swept out and cleaned up. The only downside was that the cleaners had bought two younger children with them. For a short time the children were helping with the clean up but then were allowed to play with my children and the neighborhood kids. Just made me feel sad and uncomfortable to have their children cleaning my garage.

They arrived punctually at 10 a.m. and were finished by 11:30 a.m. They moved items from a landing down to the garage, loaded their trailer with my junk, took the remaining items and organized them by type, as well as swept and dusted. My garage has never looked so good. I plan to definitely use them again.

When I called to make the appointment, the lady seemed a bit abrupt--not rude, but perhaps in a hurry? I had a minor concern, but phone conversations (like e-mail) with strangers are not always easy to accurately decipher. I made the appointment. She arrived promptly on the big day with a great big smile on her face. She was pleasant, professional, and efficient, and she loaded all our cast-offs within 15 minutes, notified me that she was done, and left me with a very good impression. We did try to make it as easy as possible, moving the car and stacking all our junk in the driveway, but not everyone would have taken advantage of that. I will definitely think of these folks first in the future for any service that they offer.

Arrived at scheduled time. Performed all work requested and cleaned up afterwards. i was very pleased. Great job!

Never showed, one phone call and they didn't leave a message when they got the answering machine. Seemed like they didn't really want to come "all the way to Chapel Hill" Offered me a refund. Still don't have it.

Perfect! Fast, efficient and professional team removed everything I needed. They broom swept my garage after removing boxes to be hauled. I recommend them without hesitation! Thank you, Audrey, for fitting me into your schedule so promptly. I also appreciate the excellent communications -- I find some businesses and contractors fail to follow up via phone. Audrey kept me updated on when the team would be reaching my house. Great experience.

They were late but did notify me that they were running behind and my home is difficult for people to find. I do appreciate that they called. They were fast and no nonsense. All I did was stand and watch and they hauled off a truckload of junk. I was concerned that I had too much for the truckload but they piled it high and got it all. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them for this service.

The garage was cluttered with about 4 feet of items along all of the walls. I do not think that any of the items had been used during the previous four years. Each item was removed and I was asked if we wanted to keep the item or not. The items we did not want to keep we packed into the trailer. Once the last item was removed the garage was cleaned then the few items we wanted to keep were packed. We are very happy with the result! The garage is largely clutter free and looks good. I will definitely hire the King and Queen of clean again!

Fair-I paid for 4 hours and got 3 hours after 4 or 5 cancelations due to weather and Easter egg hunt. I wanted it done in November and got March. Audry had 2 inexperienced helpers one did not want to get her hands dirty and the other did not know what he was doing.

Great - very efficient and pleasant - They came and took stuff from my upstairs and back yard - exactly what I wanted done.

we are renovating our home/garage, which is producing garbage of all sorts (contruction, electronics, paint etc). Rather than haul to city dump ourselves, we found it much easier and convenient to have K&Qof Clean do it for us, particulalry at their low rates. Very happy and would use them again.

We paid for the "whole house deep clean". The women arrived late, cleaned for 90 minutes, and left. All of the surfaces that they wiped down (counters and floors), were smeared and cloudy. None of the windows were cleaned. The best part of the cleaning was the bathtub. In the bathroom, they broke one of the light bulbs with the metal part still in the fixture. The women never told me about it. I found the broken bulb in the trash can. I still can't get the metal part of the bulb out of the fixture. I am not pleased and will not use them again.

I found them to be very professional and hard working. My garage was a disaster area or years, now it's clean and organized. Very happy with service.

Was difficult to obtain a date from Audrey but finally got it scheduled. She called at 8:30 the morning of her appointment which was to be at Noon on 4/12/13. She stated that since it was raining we needed to reschedule. I explained that we wished for them to come on at Noon and told her about the neighborhood garage sale the next day. She hesitated then said, "So, you want us to do this in the rain?" I explained again and asked them to come on which she exclaimed, " I can not work 4 hours in the pouring rain!" It was not raining at Noon, in fact, sun was shining. She brought two young people to assist her (they were very nice) and she was not happy at all. After we went into the garage, she was displeased that I could not tell her exactly what was "junk" and what we were keeping. My husband was on his way home to do so. I told them to remove the stuff from the garage and by the time they were finished he would be home. They started removal and she stated that the deal saver was for 4 MAN HOURS, not 4 hours and therefore they had "wasted" 30 mins of their time waiting for my husband. She stated that 2 1/2 hrs was maximum time for them to be here since there were 3 of them. This was not what the deal saver stated it states four hours, not four man hours!. We have shelving that needed cleaning by removing the items and cleaned. They did do it after I asked Audrey about it, of course, she was very unhappy about doing it as well. The deal saver stated that clean-out does not include shelving or cabinet removal! They were not removing shelving nor cabinets. Also, the coupon stated that excessivley messy garages needing more than four hours would require additional charges. They were at our house for 2 hours and 15 mins. They were to get all cob-webs and clean the blinds, wipe down the window sills and baseboards, this was done very unsatisfactory, in fact, I cleaned the blinds and window sills myself after they left. Yes, at 2:00 p.m. it started to rain and wind blow for about 15 mins, then sun was back out....they were gone! Will NOT use them again and highly discourage anyone else to use her service. I said "thanks" at the end which she said "No Problem"....not a good experience at ALL.

It went well, they were efficient and got everything out orderly without any damage to walls.

I contacted the company to come and haul away mattresses, a box spring, an old car seat and a bunch of junk that we didn't have the ability to get to the junk yard ourselves. I had a date set and the company representative gave me an approximate time but told me they would call me prior to their arrival so I didn't have to spend all morning waiting around for them. I received a call saying they would be at my house in between 30 and 45 minutes and they were true to their word. When they arrived they first went to the wrong house (across the street) but then found me. I showed them where the items were located and that was it. They did the rest so I was happy to get rid of the items quickly and easily.
