The service was fine. I had let the big deal coupon expire, and she still honored it, which was good.

King & Queen of Clean showed up just shortly after the time we had arranged, but called to let me know they were running a little late. Once they arrived they were very professional and very helpful. Audrey was a bit taken aback when she saw my garage! She told me they usually clean garages that are used for cars, but mine hasn't had a car in it for over 30 years, and it was full. Her helpers did tell me that mine wasn't the worst they have seen, however. After that they all worked hard helping to take the things out of the garage that we no longer wanted to keep and began loading their trailer. By the time my contracted time was up the trailer was full. They swept up the garage floor before leaving. I would recommend them for work of this type to anyone who needs help cleaning their garage. They told me they also do landscaping work and house cleaning.

I'm not saying it was a horrible experience, but I certainly didn't come out with a warm and fuzzy feeling. To prepare for the cleanout, I gathered all the JUNK to remove and put it in the center of the garage floor, to make it easy. Anything I wanted to keep, I either put on shelving or hung from the walls so it didn't get inadvertently hauled away with the junk. The ad said that everything would be removed from the garage and put back in an organized fashion after cleaning..... They arrived 30 minutes early. Well, I was ready but not quite expecting them yet. No problems.... They had two kids helping them, I guess it's not a problem but made me nervous. They immediately went to work, but Audrey asked questions about the junk.... "are these in working order"? What difference does that make, if you're going to sell them, then wouldn't that be up to you to determine that? Just started me off on a bad foot. They were in and out in less than an hour. And this next part is my fault, I should have checked more closely, but I didn't. Did they remove my junk? YES, absolutely. Did they clean the garage floor? Mostly..... but I expected more. Did they scrub the interior doors of the garage? The two small doors, but not the main pull down garage door. Didn't touch it. Did they remove everything from the garage and put back in an orderly fashion? NOTHING. Everything was still hanging from the walls and on filthy shelves. Of course I go back and reread the "deal" and it says nothing on shelves will be cleaned, but I felt like I had done all of that for nothing. I wanted to make it easy for them so I put everything up off the floor so they would know the difference between JUNK and KEEP, and I got screwed. Nothing was put back in an orderly fashion because I had already done that............ oh well, live and learn. If I had only paid for junk removal then I would be giving an excellent review. It smelled so nice when they said they were finished that I even gave them a tip before I realized that they hadn't done what was expected.....even though my expectations were wrong. Then their old SUV left horrible stains on my driveway, which really p***** me off. Live and learn.

They showed up earlier than expected and got right to work. They we all finished up within 1 hour. It was easy and efficient. Thank you!

Provided a thorough cleaning of multiple rooms including baseboards. Actually stayed a little longer than paid for in order to finish up on rooms.

They are very congenial and patience. Willing to work with you on appointment time. They have never not shown up. Everyone coming into the house remark at how things shine, especially the wood floors and counter tops.

The two ladies came to haul my stuff. They had to go in my attic to get the items because I am unable to do so. They did so very efficiently and were able to take everything I was looking to haul away. They were very professional and I am pleased with their work.

King and Queen of Clean is an awesome service. I found out about them on Angiie's deals. Audrey confirmed before she came and showed up on time, 7 am. She brought a flatbed trailer with sides. I first questioned if she could get alll of our crap in there. Old lawn mower, blower, 2 large fish tanks, fooseball table and on and on. She assured me it was no problem, and she was right! It's all gone, took about an hour, so well worth it. I've been excited about this day for weeks and she didn't disappoint! Thank you Audrey! I would whole heartedly recommend King and Queen of Clean!

To begin, the two ladies showed up on time and were ready to work. They basically loaded all the things we did not want onto their trail or. Then they reorganized and cleaned the garage.

I was very excited to see this big deal and purchased it immediately. Scheduling was a problem as owner had an unexpected health issue, but the service was scheduled for a date the end of June - a month away at that time. There was no further communication from King and Queen of Clean to confirm the date was still viable. I called the morning the service was to be provided and learned that they were already on their way. The two women who came to clean were 10 minutes early, and to my delight, they brought all cleaning supplies and a vacume. The women were Professional and friendly. They worked well together and did a great job on the bathrooms. They ended up doing a deep clean, and I decided to forgo light cleaning for "shiney bathrooms". They worked within the time allowed by the big deal, and the service didn't cost extra.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for this provider which was for housecleaning from 2 people for 3 hours. When they scheduled me, they told me they would come for 1.5 hours. I told them that the deal stated that I would get 3 hours of cleaning; their response was "Is your house unusually dirty?" I thought this response was rude and unprofessional, as I was only asking for the services indicated on the coupon from Angie's List. Their attitude certainly would not make me want to use them again or to recommend them to anyone else.

We got a Big Deal for Junk Hauling and Removal through Angie's List from King & Queen of Clean. It had been a very rainy week but about 45 minutes before they arrived, the sky cleared and the sun came out. They took away so much junk. - a wooden dog house, lawn mowers, weed eaters, an edger, wire cages, old furniture, an old grill, and a few more things. I was very happy to see the junk go.

They do beautiful work. They are here when they say they will be and always do just a great job. I highly recommend them!

I flew in early in the morning on a red-eye and laid down. I knew they were coming and let my husband handle it. I woke up a little later and couldn't even tell where they'd been. I expected a deep clean, as stated in the Deal. There was a puddle of water on my kitchen floor, and a wet wooden floor. The master bathroom wasn't touched and no one ever came into my room to wake me up so they could clean in there. My husband told me they were only there for about two hours, but it certainly doesn't look like it! I would either like a refund of the $149 I paid, or for them to come and redo the work.

I contacted the provider and was able to schedule a pick up within 2 weeks of my initial phone call. The provider arrived on time and loaded everything onto the trailer. The entire job took about 10-15 minutes.

I wanted King & Queen, for lawn service, etc., over a month now. After seeing a special on their website for this, I inquired to King & Queen, and this is the response I received: "I am not showing anything being purchased for service for junk, housecleaning nor landscaping. So I am trying to determine is it under a different name or are you requesting services and giving me prices you are offering to pay... I emailed the address you left yesterday, I will await a response. Thanks!" What? I gave them my address, any date was fine, it's Angie's list. What more can I say, and does this Co. make you purchase a "Big Deal" , in order to conduct services? That's not right. Unfortunately, I did so anyway. I could use it later on. Now, to answer these questions of theirs, it would require them to show up and look over services to be performed. You need to see what your'e dealing with. After this, the follow-up correspondence was also strange. "In order to redeem services you must first schedule and appointment and if you haven't purchased anything then we will need to create an invoice for you and go from there. I enclosed contact information. If you would like to try and get on the schedule then feel free to contact us to do so. Thanks!" What do you think I have been trying to do. I had messaged them so many times for us to schedule an appointment, dating back to June 22, this year. It is now July 14, and they have yet to provide any service. I have never seen a business run so unprofessionally, or careless. They have my money from a Big Deal, they don't want to honor now. Now after seeing a website special for lawn service (what a joke) they don't want to honor, it was easy for them to say they are not taking any new customers. I write this for future customer(s) you should know what you are getting, or not. Maybe this will inspire them to improve their business practice to you, by King & Queen going forward.

Emailed them with a description of the items. Received a quick response and pickup within a day. Easy, and done correctly. Recommended.

They (a woman and her child) were prompt and curious, worked the entire time, fit more stuff than I thought she could fit into her cart and cleaned up after them (swept the floor where the stuff was ).

I have been under the weather and unable to clean so I just let the cleaning go for a good while. The cleaning needed, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, was more than a regular cleaning service would do but less than a service that cleans for people who are hoarders would do. I saw The King & Queen of Clean on Angie's List and I liked what their web site said so I called. Audrey, the owner, came the next day and did an estimate. To do all I needed done, the estimate seemed reasonable to me. On the day of service, Audrey, the owner, and Betsy called ahead to let me know that they were caught in some serious rain and would be a few minutes late. They then arrived right when they said they would. I appreciated the call. Betsy had not been there before so she and Audrey walked around and made their cleaning plan. They worked very well together. First they tackled the kitchen that needed a deep, deep clean. It was spotless when they finished. I had asked for a refrigerator clean out which was included in the estimate. The refrigerator looked great, too. Then Audrey worked in the living and dining area while Betsy went to work on the cat's bathroom. While I did not expect her to, Betsey emptied the litter box and cleaned it along with cleaning the rest of the bathroom. The living/dining/kitchen area was thoroughly mopped and both bedrooms were vacuumed. I have two cats and Audrey's vacuum cleaner handled the cat hair. If I listed all they did, it would take many paragraphs. Suffice it to say that they were there, cleaning the whole time with short breaks, for almost five hours. There were a few minor, minor things that they missed but it's because I didn't check out the rooms before they left. I know had I noticed the tasks while they were there, they would have jumped right on them and it would have take about 5 minutes. I plan to have the King & Queen of Clean come in twice a month until I'm able to do the cleaining again. I'd say that's a pretty good endorsement for the services they provided. The cleaning on July 13 was worth every penny I paid.

Audrey and her helper arrived on time, just a little early, and worked the entire time (no breaks). They worked on everything my wife asked, and honestly, I don't think they could have worked harder. Cleaned blinds, woodwork, floors, and vacuumed and dusted. Everything looks great, and we will discuss using her on an ongoing basis. I will recommend to others.

Came on time and took all of the items we wanted to get rid of. Only reservation for others is that trailer cannot carry a really big load in one trip.

The original appt was cancelled due to an auto accident they had on the way to our home but the message they left was very hard to understand so rescheduling was a bit more difficult than it should have been. Once we got the service rescheduled, they did a great job without requiring guidance.

Husband and wife team. Most pleasant to work with. Only reason for "B" on Punctuality is their truck broke down on the road on the first attempt to come. Called immediately during breakdown (2 hours before scheduled arrival) so the rescheduling was only a very minor inconvenience. We will most definitely use them again.
