They were scheduled to arrive at 1pm and called to explain that they were running late due to the prior job. They called again to explain that they were waiting at the dump and would be at my home shortly. They went through everything in the garage and made piles of items to throw away, keep and move to another location. They cleaned the floor, walls, garage door, window frame and the items to keep. Like items were organized together and they took the garbage with them. The garage looks great. Everything is organized and there is so much more room.

very well! She had emailed a few days prior saying she would not be able to do it because her riding machine was broken and the store would not have the replacement part for several weeks. And then, surprisingly, she came up with Plan B which wa sto use the push mower. I came home to find a very well manicured lawn!

Arrived late and visibly bothered that house was hard to find (although I had left instructions beforehand). Did a great job cleaning and did it very quickly and efficiently. Missed a couple of waste baskets and left all the lights in the house on. Yet, I felt comfortable enough with her to leave the house before she did and she responsibly finished and locked up.

There was a bit of a misunderstanding in regards to the original appointment so they had to fit us in to meet our requirements prior to a function at our home. They were gracious enough to do this, but woman came with her small children rather than husband. They did take most of what I asked but some were left behind. I would hire them again but be sure to get appointment dates confirmed and ensure no children came along.

Very hard to reach by phone. I wanted to schedule the clean up and also a preview to determine if I would need to spend more than the $175 in the big deal. The vendor put strict guidelines around what they would and would not do and I thought I might need more than that. When we finally spoke (1 month after purchase) I explained the above and an appointment was made for Audrey to come to view our garage. The appointment was cancelled 3 times. I could not reach her by phone - was told to use email. It took me 2 months to sort out that this was never going to happen. When I finally told them that I could not keep making appointments that they would miss the response was that they really don't do previews anyway. It would have been easier for all of us if she had just said that to begin with. I think this is a small company looking to build their business and who were unprepared for the impact of the Bid Deal coupons. I was treated unprofessionally and it's a shame because I have a lot of work that needs to be done and for which I am willing to pay a reasonable fee. I also recommend good vendors to my friends. This was the second bad experience I had with a Bid Deal so I probably will not use them anymore.

They were prompt. They were professional. They did a good job.

Very well, they were on time very efficient and left the garage looking very clean organized and open both individuals were very pleasant and asked if there was anything else they could do and was I pleased. I would highly recommend them for future jobs

When they arrived, I was informed that I needed to purchase a new contruction cleaning package which was double the cost of a regular cleaning. I felt it was too much so I did not use the vendor.

Was hard to schedule apptment, and then took two days instead of one as expected. But the people do a great job. I am in Chapel Hill and they ar in Raleigh which may be part of the problem

I was unable to use the big deal due to scheduling issues. The company was suppose to be here for an appointment. I was having my daughter and her husband come over to help with the clean up. The woman from the company called the day of the scheduled appointment to cancel. It was frustrating. She was also rude on the phone when we spoke. Not a good experience.

King and Queen did a great job. This was a "Big Deal". They arrived on time, worked quickly to determine what we wanted to keep and what to haul away, emptied the garage, cleaned everything and put it back. The garage looks like new (at least after a coat of paint).

The crew of 2 arrived on time and walked through the house with me before they started. Their work was efficient and the quality was excellent. This is the second time we have used King and Queen of Clean, and both visits were equally good. I would recommend them highly and plan to use them again.

Could not schedule on right day. Cancelled original date snd difficult to call. But when arrived they were superior cleanets.

We purchased the big deal for four hours of cleaning. The two women only cleaned two bathrooms and two bedrooms in that amount of time. when the time was up they didn't offer to extend my time for a cost so that they could finish cleaning the rest of the house, they just packed their stuff and left. I was very disappointed in their service.

The process was flawless, from scheduling, to loading, to completion. The project team was pleasant to deal with, effective and efficient in providing the services. Everything went smoothly and satisfactorily. I would consider the contractor for additional help in the future.

They did me a favor by squeezing me in on short notice. Brought four very nice and normal people to clean. I paid 99 for a deep clean service. I feel like the value for the money was weak compared to other services that I've used before. A couple of the negatives that I pointed out were 1) using my paper towels 2) certain prices of furniture not being dusted 3) not moving floor lamps to vacuum all of the carpet. The constructive criticism was not taken well, and she basically threw a tantrum when leaving my house. I definitely overpaid for the level of cleaning I got, and because of the negative ending to the whole thing I'm writing this review. Don't waste your money on these guys. ****** See company response below ******* My update: See how she reacts to criticism? Not to argue this more, but to call out a few things from your response: my house is a whoping 1200 sq ft, there was no construction clean up, and you did through a tantrum, 4 guys in about 45 minutes did what I could do in 2 hours. Because you've blatantly lied on your response, I am downgrading your grade - I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

I am completely impressed by the King and Queen of Clean! Our garage needed a lot of help, and I was amazed by their efficiency in getting the job done and the quality of their work. Our garage is now a well organized space where I can actually park my car. Thank you!

King & Queen of Clean was great. They were responsive and seemed very hardworking.

They arrived earlier tha expected(but called first). I pointed out the things I wanted removed. They worked quickly and did a very good job.

Initially, I contacted them on August 1 via email because I was unable to reach them via telephone. I received an email back that her father was in the hospital and she would contact me the next day. The second day, we had the same issue. I felt bad for this young woman with the personal issues she was having. On August 3, we scheduled the service for today, August 26. I have heard nothing from the company since then. No one called to confirm the appointment. I expected a call on Friday, or at the very least this morning. Some people showed up on my front porch today who did not present themselves very well. I let them know that no one called to verify the appointment and I was not prepared for them to be there. I am frustrated with the overall experience and complete lack of communication and professionalism. I am willing to work with people but there has to be some type of communication.

I was unable to use the big deal due to a family emergency. They were very polite and professional with me when I did speak to them on the phone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. They came out shortly after I purchased the deal. I think they actually cut me a little bit of a deal. This was my first time using them. Their staff is very helpful. They're easy to schedule with. They're pretty prompt and they called when they were on their way.

They were fabulous. They were professional and fast. They were thorough and very good. I would use them again.
