The technician was fast knowledgeable and helped us under the unique problem with our dryer vent and what to expect in the future. Our vent goes out the roof, the lent doesn't blow out completely and falls back down. We will use Carolina ProSweep for all venting cleanings.

He arrived on time. I had just had the area newly remodeled and tiled in a light gray was very concerned about cleanliness. The inspection was thorough and he did a good job cleaning the fireplace without making a mess. I always wish the cost was a little less! But it is a fair price.
