Dave was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and even cleaned out the fireplace and the gas logs. There was absolutely no mess. I will be using this company again.

I did not know if I needed my chimney cleaned so I hired David to inspect and clean the chimney if necessary. He completely the inspection and said it did not need cleaning and only charged me for the inspection. I appreciated his honesty as it is difficult to know who will not take advantage of a situation. He was very neat and cleaned my fireplace for me.

They came in and inspected the chimney and the dryer vent. They did not need to clean either one and so they didn't. They didn't try to sell us anything or clean anything that didn't need cleaning. They just charged us the $89 inspection fee and did a quick general cleaning and went on their way. Very honest, dependable and affordable. I highly recommend.

Carolina ProSweep are pros! We have 2 fireplaces, and called the guys out to sweep and inspect. Team of 2 did a great, efficient job, and took the time to walk through the process of what each chimney was made for (wood vs coal) and was happy to offer some tips & guidance. 1st fire went off without a hitch!

The two gentlemen that came out were very professional. Everything was left nice and clean.

They are so honest! I know nothing about the chimney and the person who came out could have taken me for every original dime, but instead he was truthful and said there were services I didn't need, after all. The cap was in good condition and damper and didn't need replacement. We just bought the house, so I had no idea. Very great value for the money! I will be calling them again every year for a general chimney inspection and cleaning.
