Nance's Inc. Heating & Air

Two weeks ago I noticed water damage in the ceiling of my home along the length of a heat/AC trunk line that is connected to the AC unit that Nance replaced in August 2014. The water damage resulted from excessive condensation. After several calls, Nance technicians came to inspect the problem and told me the water damage had nothing to do with the fact that they replaced the older air conditioning unit with a new, more efficient one, or that their installers failed to reinsulate space around the trunk line in question where it connects to the new air handler in my attic. Nance's denial of any responsibility was directly at odds with what I was told by a second heating and air company that I asked to look at and help diagnose the problem before Nance's technicians managed to arrive. In addition to terminating my annual maintenance contract with Nance, I have concluded that the company totally failed to deal with me in a professional, responsible or competent manner. Buyer beware.

Have signed contract for unit replacement. I believe American Standard is the best unit available .
