Description of Work: The price was great as it was a groupon for 3 man-hours of housecleaning. During my initial contact with this company, I was told they needed to check their schedule prior to scheduling my cleaning and would get back to me. Several days later I received a call from someone confirming an appointment for that day, which was not a possible day for me. I had not been notified that an appointment was made. So, we rescheduled via another phone call. On the day of that appointment, I received a call stating the team would be there between 4:00-5:00. Around 11:00 they called to say the team was on their way. I happened to be home at that time. Three polite young women came to the house and rushed around for an hour, each in different rooms. I had been told prior that I would be able to purchase an extra hour if I wanted; that was not presented as an option when I mentioned it to the team leader. After one hour, they told me they were finished and they left in another hurry. I inspected their work after they left and found I needed to mop the kitchen, scrub my tub, finish dusting (they has dusted around objects, not moving them); they had not moved anything from the kitchen counters and just wiped around things. Their vacuum cleaner barely touched the carpet surface and I revacuumed the whole house. Some baseboards were cleaned and others were not touched. All in all it was a very disappointing experience, except that it motivated me to finish the job to get the house acceptably clean. A manager called me after I gave feedback in an email and she wanted to send the ladies back to complete the job. I declined because I had spent an hour finishing what they hadn't done. I was then promised that the sales person would come to my home the following week to give me an estimate for a regular priced service. I never heard back from the company. That was the final deal breaker. I would not recomment a company that does not follow through with promises and provides mediocre cleaning service at best. At least using a groupon, I did not pay full regular price. I would have really felt ripped off. As for marketing themselves to me, they really dropped the ball.
