It went very well. It took a little while for them to get 3 days in a row to complete the project due to rain, but they had fixed the leak previously so the shower was usable and we didn't want to have three rooms a long term work in progress. They started on Wednesday and finished on Friday. I love my new bathroom and flooring in the laundry room. Makes a world of difference. The wall that had to be replaced in the bedroom was unexpected, it was covered in black mold on the inside, as well as the bathroom having to be repainted so they had to choose the paint themselves and did a great job. They also replaced our old wooden back-porch and installed a new backdoor with inside trim for $778.00. We are very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call Mr. Thomas and his team back for jobs we need done. They are very professional and trustworthy. We had Mr Thomas give us estimates for new laminate flooring in the living room and to redo the master bathroom which we plan to have done in the future. They even left us the unused laminate flooring in case we had to repair any areas we may damage.

They were very professional seemed very knowledgeable about mobile home repair. They even went under our home to check all pipes. They made some suggestions on work that needs to be done and work that would be beneficial in the future. They gave us a good estimate on repair work work for water damage from the leak which was extensive. The access panels were helpful when the insurance came to view damage. Our next project with them will be to redo our old backdeck so it is safe for them to conduct the work they need to do. That was our idea not a suggestion from them. Will send more reviews as jobs are completed

The existing deck came down with no problem. The construction of the screened porch took a little longer than anticipated, due to weather and delays getting materials. Also, the construction was difficult due to the slope. The contractor was very professional and knowledgable, offering suggestions that were helpful and that added to the functionality of the porch. The end result is a beautiful 12 x 20 foot screened porch that has exceeded our expectations. A and M Construction is a small local company who will also take on small projects and repairs.
