Not well. He wanted to try and get rid of all the ants on the property which is not feasible. He pointed to every ant big, small brown or black and called it a carpentuer ant. The only way he would guarantee his service if I paid a yearly contract of $495. I did not hire him.

Nick checked in the morning of service and arrived when he said he would. He was very professional in asking what my issues were, where they occurred and told me how he would treat the areas. He did his work efficiently and checked with me before leaving to see if I had any questions or concerns.

Still have the big black ants.

They are a family owned business, that we found to be extremely thorough and did great prevented work.

The service was friendly and professional. I felt pressed for time, so I agreed to their bid, but I wish I had gotten estimates from other providers as well, because the $900 cost for basically setting out traps with poison seems high.

I don't like it. I didn't feel that they were very professional. The guy didn't look very much. He didn't listen really well to what I was telling him. He just said, "Well, you need to do this thing." After he told me what I needed to do and what his company would install, I did the research and found that he was using quite old technology and there was a better way to go. He wasn't unpleasant, rude or anything but I didn't feel that they were current. He didn't show up either the first time that we had an appointment.

They did a fine job. They showed up on time and basically did what they said they were going to do. The quality was good.

They're a great company. We are happy with them. We signed an annual service contract with them. They're very reputable. They showed up on time and did a good job.

They didn't take care of the problem I was having. They told me they could do it when I signed the contract for maintenance. I have some ants in my roof and the last technician came out and said I don't know what to do about those. I spent money for services that they can't help me with so I'm not happy with Gibson. They have not taken care of the problem that I'm having. In their second visit, they didn't schedule so I had to call and remind them.

They came out for an emergency. They sprayed for fleas when my cat died. It was critical to treat the house if you have any pets. They came within 2 hours. I would recommend them. Price was a little high but I was eternally grateful. I have a contract with Terminex and I could not get them to come out so quickly. Gibson was very informative and educated me on what to do in the future. They didn't have to volunteer all the information they did.

This yearly contract started in 9-12. They got rid of the mice and the crickets. The service worker has returned quarterly to maintain our pest free existence. Excellent work.

Very professional, and very responsive and pleasant. Both Cecil Martin and Anthony came to the house and did a thorough inspection for pests, set a price and we entered into an agreement for service. First service visit was performed on time, and was also thorough and I am extremely satisfied.

called, set appt which they kept. we had schedule problems due to construction work onsite and they (Gibson) were extremely accommodating, changing and rearranging schedule w/o complaint or hesitation. after completion i had question and they drove out here next day to look and explain the issue. all went well and customer service was excellent

After finding slugs in one of our bedrooms, we called Gibson's Pest Control over the weekend and received a call back early the following week. I explained the problem and the person I spoke with took his time to answer all of my questions. He then visited our home to gather info to make a recommendation. After visiting, he called me to tell me what he'd found and offer options and prices for service. Since we have not had a problem since the single occurrence, we did not follow through with treatment. We appreciated the timely response by this service provider as well as the time he took to talk with me about our problem and the recommendations he shared after the home visit. If we need a service of this kind in the future, he will be the one we call.

Friendly, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. With the one year service contract they wil come out when needed for any issues that need to be resolved. Their rates are very good, we couldn't be more pleased. After the initial treatment, we had some additional problems with ants and bees (time of year). They came back immediately and were a pleasure to deal with. They use environmentallly friendly products and also have a line of oganic products. Don't have to be overly concerned with your pets and children as they will explain how these products work and, what, if any, precautions you need to take after the application.

Gibson was very polite, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They have been back to my house for a few follow ups as needed.

Gibson uses a non-toxic spray that gives us peace of mind when our new grandchild and his parents come to visit. Jeff is very professional and helpful, making sure to take preventive measures such as traps for Indian Meal Moths in the kitchen, and explaining their life cycle.
