The service was outstanding. I've been a customer of Gibson's Pest Control for almost 4 years. My plan is to be their customer for life ! Adam represented everything that I've experienced with this company: professionalism, in-depth knowledge of products and pest, respect for the property and pets, great communications skills, patience in answering all my questions and OUTSTANDING customer service. I highly recommend this company. I'm an Angie's List member and am happy to provide this information for other members to consider.

This is an update to my earlier negative report on this company. After a very frustrating experience that led me to tell them I would use another company instead, the chief inspector, Cecil Martin, called and said he really wanted to make things right with me. He asked if he could please come out and see me to discuss the incident, and do what he could to correct the situation. I agreed, and we ended up having a good visit. Cecil told me the owner of the company had died recently and the office was in something of a turmoil. I told him I appreciated his personal concern and effort. He did a thorough inspection of my rat-in-the-crawl-space problem and gave me an estimate for treatment. The price seemed high to me for what Cecil proposed (putting out rat traps and monitoring them four times a year) but I still appreciated what I felt was an earnest and well-meaning attempt to win back my confidence. Cecil is a very courteous man who has worked for Gibson for many years, and he takes pride in doing his job well. Having been told by Cecil that he would address with the office staff the issues I had with their handling of the missed inspection, I trust that any future interactions with Gibson will be satisfactory, and I will, indeed, call on them again for any problems with pest control.

I had appointment for 10:30 Tad arrived a little earlier than that and I showed him where the yellow jacket nest was. He sprayed and removed the nest from my deck. I was told to wait at least till at least tomorrow afternoon before attempting to dispose of the nest. Work was done in under 30 minutes and I am very pleased.

Cecil came out to do an estimate for a termite treatment. We also had problems with ground bees and carpenter bees. He gave us a quote for the termite treatment and the bees. A tech named Ed came out a few days later and performed the services. Very professional and the bees are no longer a problem. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic! I would recommend Gibson's pest control for your termite and pest control.

Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied. I submitted an earlier review after the initial inspection. It has now been a few days since they came to do the job. I have gone from swarms of ants in my kitchen and on my deck (next to the pet food) to an occasional stray ant, few and far between. Less each day. I have no doubt the ants will be completely gone within a few more days. They did tell me it would take several days for the treatment to be completely effective and offered to come back for another round if I have ongoing problems. They also got rid of the carpenter bees that had infested the deck. They were on time, very professional and very friendly. They answered every question I had and did everything that I requested. The $375 was for an annual contract. They will come back at least every three months or whenever needed. I highly recommend Gibson Pest Control.

The technicians were right on time, checked out my situation, asked several questions, and then explained what they would do all in a very friendly and professional manner

He was great in helping me see what was going on. Not only did he locate the point of entry he also provided some suggestions to remedy the problem. On top of this he did not charge me and provided a glue trap to help me get rid of the problem

It was good a good experience. I thought they were pricey and a little expensive. They took care of the problem immediately but it was not cheap to get it done. I will probably not use them again because of the cost.

We had a pretty significant ant problem in the house. Called Gibsons and they were able to come out fairly quick. They identified the problem areas and proposed we purchase a year protection plan. The way it works is that they would do the initial visit and treatment, and then if we had any issues afterwards, they would come back out free of charge. After the first visit the ants quickly disappeared, but we had a recurrence about a month later. Contacted them, they came right back out, and then we have not had any issues since. Professional service. No issues.

I think the prices are a little high but they did a very good job. The manager came and did the first inspection and was very thorough. However the second technician that came didn't do such a good job, but they did rectify the situation almost immediately.

Next day: The expert arrived a little early and was asked immediately to help a workman from another company carry a heavy piece of marble top upstairs, which she did willingly. She then mixed the solution and took care of her task of mixing and applying the ant deterrent to the exterior, crawlspace and garage. Efficient and completely. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the speed at which the problem was handled and feel I got my money's worth. This local company was highly recommended to me and I will gladly recommend them and call them again if the need ever arises.

This is a rental property we own. The company was responsive to our needs and made the visit in a timely manner. Obviously, our tenants were pleased with the service, since they agreed to a yearly contract.

Landlord sent them out here and they said they can't do anything about animals that large. This is the second time they've been out here. Rather than coming out they could have said that they couldn't do the work over the phone instead of taking up my and the landlords time.

They call to set up appointment to come out. Check with me about any pests I have seen. Do their spraying as unobtrusively as they can.

They are excellent. They come out here three times a year and they do what they need to do. I have never seen bugs or critters around the house. I call them when I see yellow jackets and they are out here within a couple of hours. They are reliable and friendly. They are prompt and they do a good job. I will continue to use them.

They walked the perimeter of the house with me an offered excellent advice on steps I can take. No charge.

100% satisfied with the work done so far, one more visit due in the spring. The only (super-minor) complaint is that we bought a year's service (after upgrading from a single-service) and each time they come out to spray, we get sent another bill. I've called and had that straightened out both times, but still -- that's been a bit of a pain. Let that be the worst thing that ever happens with a contractor, though -- the work they do has been terrific!

We had yellow jackets in the house and after much investigation and work they discovered the nests, got rid of them and blocked their entrance.

Arranged for and completed the initial treatment.

They were able to come out the day after I called. The specialist was friendly, competent, and successful at eliminating the nest. He explained what he was going to do, how it would work, and what to expect. Everything went exactly as he predicted. No complaints. I would definitely call them again.

Overall, it went well. Really no issues to report.

They were very puncual and did everything we asked. Being safe for our kids and animals was a must and their products work great for keeping the bugs under control.
