It went great as it always does with Stephen as our technician. He is always punctual, positive and professional in his approach. He takes the time to explain what he has done, his findings and any recommendations. Over the past year our pest challenges have virtually gone away with mice being eliminated inside and out and far fewer bug intrusions. One of the benefits of the mice extermination last year was far fewer snake encounters than past years.

Today was our first recheck after the initial sweep in November. Stephen is on time and so pleasant! Always smiling and very personable with our crazy dog and two cats. I love walking up to see him "decobwebbing" our front porch on a Monday morning! I highly recommend Gibson Pest Control.

I am so impressed. They were so professional and explained the whats & hows of the situation so I could understand it clearly. The mice are GONE. I had had a previous mouse infestation and used another (far cheaper) service... but it turned out far more expensive because it didn't work the first time and the problem got worse. It didn't work the second time either & he stopped answering my calls. I wound up having to hire cleaners TWICE (the mice had had a real party in my pantry, oven, and under every piece of furniture in the three rooms. Even then the three of us were chasing them, screaming & squealing, with brooms. It would have felt like a cartoon if it wasn't so icky. This time, with Gibson, the critters are gone, gone, gone... the first time and I can sleep at night without being creeped out.

Wonderful! Stephen H is the BEST technician we have ever had. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Gibson is lucky to have him on their team! We formerly had an ant, spider and mouse problems. All are under control now thanks to Gibson. Have recommended them to my neighbors.

I have been using them for years. They are wonderful.

Their not cheap but they do a good job. Very good, they are totally trust worthy. I can leave my house open and they can do whatever, totally trust worthy.

They came twice, finally found the nest in a patio door frame, destroyed the queen and her subjects.

They are pricier than some other exterminators, but they do use environmentally friendly materials. They are courteous and friendly, and I will continue to use them.

They came, they found 4 nests inside and 1 outside, they sprayed, they conquered! What a team! The spray also took care of the ants in the kitchen in a shorter amount of time than they indicated. We haven't seen any more yellow jackets or ants since they were here.

We have been on an annual contract with them for a couple of years and have not had any more problems. They are efficient, friendly, and know what they are doing. We would definitely recommend them.

First, I will always state that the actual termite control system worked well. We were looking for something that was environmentally responsible and their bait system fit the bill and worked extremely well. Initially, we had a bit of termite activity, but after a year there was virtually none and as we maintained the contract that remained the case. However. The company has extraordinarily poor customer service. Some years the contract renewal would be handled on time. Other years, months late. We would receive calls to set appointments for routine maintenance of the bait traps, but the appointment time rarely had any relationship to the actual time the person would show up. It was like having an appointment with the cable company, even though we typically had the first appointment of the day. The service people never called to say they were running late and typically acted as though we were unreasonable to expect that they would have shown up at the appointment time. Also, although we asked to have the same person come each time, there was continual turnover and change in the personnel who came to our home. The layout of the traps was a little hard to follow, and only 2 times in all the years we were customers did the service person show up with the layout of the traps. They had to be accompanied each time to help them find the traps. Additionally, I repeatedly asked them to call my husband to schedule appointments. And without fail, they called me. Every time. . When several traps were damaged as a result of the sewer line being replaced, it took months to get them replaced. And when they were replaced, the damaged pieces were left lying all over the yard. We sold that house 5 months before the contract expired. We received a call to renew the contract and purposefully did not return the call. We received a mailing that stated if we did not sign and return the enclosed document, the contract would expire. So we didn't return it. I (again me, not my husband) received 2 more calls. Neither of us returned them. Another month later, I get another call and I asked them to stop calling because we had sold the house months ago. At this point, I got scolded that "We Were Never Notified of That!" I think the lack of returned phone calls and never returning the renewal proved our lack of interest. All I can say is how deeply grateful I am that I will not have to take another phone call from Gibson Pest Control ever again.

The first follow up appointment I had to call to schedule because they never contacted me. After that they would call. Each time between treatments, we had ants although less than the original amount. We finished up our plan in June and we are now infested with ants again. the people who came to apply the treatments are all extremely nice. The employees get an A. The treatment itself gets a D.

The charge was $165.00 for less than ten minutes work. No guarantee and if a second visit was required it would be an additional $165.00. Also tried to up sell me a $450 annual service agreement.

Having discovered likely termites over the weekend, I called Gibson Monday morning. That same day Stephen and an assistant came to inspect the situation. Stephen explained termite behavior, characterized the termite tunnel as likely well established, then fully inspected the house inside and out seeking other evidence but fortunately finding none. He recommended a full trench treatment around the perimeter. We discussed the problem of an attached deck that made access difficult along one wall and made a plan for us to remove a deck board before the treatment day. When removing that board proved impossible and I called back to Gibson, Stephen flexibly offered other approaches and we ultimately used the creativity of Ed, the treatment provider, when he arrived Wednesday. Termite problem fixed in less that 2 days. Very professional and friendly staff-- on the phone, inspecting, and treating.

Great. What a team! Cecil, who was the original face of the company, is such a professional ~courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful. Cecil evaluated our needs to control all kinds of natures opportunists from mouse control to termites and all in between. Next up to follow through with initial treatments, were Kimberly and Cam. Great, conscientious and efficient workers. Can't say enough about their professionalism. Lastly Ed (Eddie) on the 14th treated the perimeter of the exterior and crawlspace for termite protection and prevention. Kimberly revisited to evaluate their initial placement of baits and to follow through and evaluate the efficacy of their baits and treatments. Again, all a great team.

I was very impressed! Kimberly was prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. After a few weeks, there is still no sign of any Yellowjackets and I'm again able to enjoy my deck area. Thank you, Kimberly!

Kimberly has been to our home twice in the past 10 days. Her initial visit was thorough and complete. She was attentive to detail and understood the "ick" factor having these creepy-crawlies in our home. She returned today to do a follow up check and re-spray all areas treated previously. She is punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. And a great representative of her company. She is friendly and kind. We are extremely grateful she has been assigned to work with us.

Kimberley was a dream. Punctual, friendly, talented and thorough. I am so so pleased with the service. Ants were gone by the next day and have not returned. I had been so jaded after years of poor service with a certain national chain pest control, and Gibson has redeemed that. They are local, low employee turnaround, and use products that are not harmful to the environment. I can't say enough good things.

Kimberly and Drew came to the house to get rid of a hornets nest. Kimberly was absolutely fearless. She was all over that nest. We had made two attempts to kill it ourselves and a friend sprayed it twice but the nest remained. It looks like the nest is gone now. Kimberly was so pleasant to work with, is highly knowledgeable and very efficient. This was Drew's first day on the job. He was very professional and polite. He will be an asset to the company.

It went as we requested, Kimberly completely sprayed inside and outside as per our needs.

Although the actual service (spray treatment) has not been applied, Adam was honest and professional recommending that since the season for boring bees is over for this year, I call in the early Spring to apply treatment for a more effective treatment.I appreciated his honesty.

Adam came on time and was very helpful and professional.
