Description of Work: Mr. Hodge has done our regular pest control treatments for the past couple years. He is always punctual and professional as he treats our property inside and out. We recently had a yellow jacket nest in the ground behind a bush in the front yard and he went beyond the call of duty to put on his bee suit and eliminated the nest permanently. He explains what he is doing while he performs his duties and is very pleasant. We appreciate Mr. Hodge and what he does for us.

Description of Work: Gibson's representative was at my house within 24 hours of my first call. He (Cecil) did a very thorough inspection inside and out even including identification of trees that housed carpenter ants which were invading the house. He recommended a reasonably priced (compared to prior experience in Florida) treatment plan and schedule. Travel plans limited available time to initiate treatment and Gibson worked to accommodate our needs, sending a technician out the next day. I cannot speak highly enough about the conscientious attention to service which Steven gave us. While this recommendation is based on only two contacts, conduct of the Gibson representatives gives me no reason to expect anything but continued good service.

Description of Work: I had called to request removal of a large yellow-jacket and wasp nest. The technician found two other bald-faced hornet nests and removed those as well. The company's response was prompt. The technician was very professional and thorough in his work. The price for the extermination was reasonable. I would definitely hire this company again if the need arises.

 + -1 moreIt was a positive experience. The inspection was fine. I had some questions about some damage to some wood and wanted to know if I had any termite activity. I just called them. I don?t have a contract with them or anything. They came out and looked at it, and said that there was no problem and that everything was fine. It didn?t cost us anything - it was free. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

 + -1 moreIt went great. He even stopped to have me call my dog because a baby bird was out of the nest and on the ground. We watched for a while as mama bird escorted more birds from the nest.
Description of Work: I called and got an estimate yesterday for initial termite protection. The representative who came was very professional, offered me several options, and gave me a written contract with price. The serviceman came today on time, spent a couple of hours drilling holes, spraying, etc., and cleaned up when he finished.

 + -1 moreWe have a really, really bad roach problem and they have been working with us. The contract is for them to come out once a quarter, but they have come out two additional times and the first quarter isn't even up yet. I am happy with them so far. They are a family owned business and it has been the same guy each time they have come. I realy like him and he listens when we have described our problem. He has tried a couple of different things to get it under control. One of the reasons we picked them is because they advertise that they do more ecogolical pest control and he is notching his way up through the toxicity of their products to get to one that will take care of our roach problem, but not be any more toxic than necessary. We are concerned about toxic substances because we have an animal and an organic garden, but the roaches are practically carrying us out of the house. When I call, they are able to schedule an appointment within the next couple of days and I always get a choice of what time of day that I want them to come. The roach problem still isn't fixed, but they are still working on it.
Description of Work: We got an annual contract with Gibson Pest Control for roach control. They were here about two weeks ago.

 + -1 moreRecommended doing nothing, the one mouse and camel cricket I had found in the house were unusual and no sign of others anywhere. He was right, it's been a month and nothing else has shown up. Did not charge me for the inspection.
