Description of Work: Gibson Pest Control is my pest control provider. I've got a yearly service contract with them.

Description of Work: We have an annual contract with this pest control company. In between our regular scheduled service, we discovered ants in our kitchen. We called the company and they sent someone out promptly to eradicate our unwanted visitors...for no extra fee. This is a nice, family owned business. We have been using their services for about 10 years. They do a great job and keep us bug free, using non-toxic, pet friendly products.

Description of Work: We had flying ants and tiny black bugs. The representative came and inspected and gave instructions for clean-out of cabinets, etc. The exterminator came back and sprayed and placed traps. We are very happy with the service; The person we talked with on the telephone was professional, pleasant and helpful, and the service people were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The price for service was reasonable and we purchased service for a year which includes their coming back and checking the condition of our enviornment and doing what is necessary. We would highly recommend their services!

Description of Work: I would definitely recommend Gibson's Pest Control. They arrived promptly the next day for an estimate, scheduled the treatment quickly. Told me that we might need another treatment in 7-10 days and I did. They came back at that time and that seems to have taken care of the problem. I was having a terrible problem with small black ants that had invaded my kitchen and bathroom. I thought they had only been there a few weeks, but they said they'd been there all winter and had also infested my basement. The contract is for a year, for them to come back quarterly to provided treatments, but I can call anytime if I see the ants coming back, no extra charge. They were professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend them. They used eco friendly materials which is important to me since not only was the problem in the kitchen, but I also have cats and dogs. And I never smelled any of the products they used.

Description of Work: I asked for an estimate on a rat infestation around my house. I was so overwhelmed with the "salesman" came to my house because he was soooooo pushy. He was going to charge me $250.00 to set out 4 traps with anti-coagulant bait in them. He never answered my questions directly because he was too worried about getting the deal. When I said no to the $250.00 charge he went down immediately to $175.00???? What? How can you do that? So anyways needless to say, I went to the tractor and feed store and got the same stuff for $75.00 and I didn't use Gibson Pest Control.
