It was a good experience. The two young men were thorough. They did a good job. They knew what they were doing and did it well. I was very pleased with the work they did. Their price was comparable to what my sister had paid a number of years ago. The price didn't increase that much and it was fair. They didn't break anything and they cleaned up after themselves. They were young, but they were very professional.

The office staff scheduling was very nice. They were able to come within a few days and did an excellent job. They were very professional and kept everything clean. He provided education about what he was doing throughout the process.

I could not be happier with the service they provided. I had a question after they left, and they promptly returned my call and answered every question. Robert and Chris were prompt, professional, and very thorough. I would highly recommend the Carolina Ductmasters to anyone needing this service. They arrived early, were very nice, clean, professional. Got right to work, had all the tools/equipment they needed. Asked questions and got approval on location of new duct system. Did an excellent job. They took a little longer than originally estimated, but they ran into a problem that wasn't visible until they started. I will hire them again. I highly recommend this company.

The service was good, and the worker was punctual. 2 men were supposed to do the job, but one showed up. The one worker did the whole job, and his work was very clean and neat. We had to reschedule, because the worker who showed up could not fit in our crawl space. The quality of their work was excellent, and I would recommend them. I plan to use them next year to clean out my fireplace again. The only thing I would change would be to wait for two workers, with the amount of work that had to be done.

The team arrived promptly to complete the work. Everything went well. They cleaned all registers, returns, ducts from the furnace up, and the fireplace flue. They also advised that our flue damper was not sealing properly (65 years old) and that there is an alternative that can be installed. It was a good suggestion. They didn't have the exact furnace filter size we needed so put something close in for the time being. we will replace it shortly once loosened debris in the ducts cycles through and is caught by the filter. We had just moved into this house that was vacant for years, so I am glad to have the peace of mind knowing the ducts have been cleaned and we start fresh. Ductmaster did great work and for a great price- they honored the Angie's List coupon posted at the time I contracted their services.

Nothing!!!!! Called last week and explained we had a gas insert fireplace. Asked if they could come out to service, clean and evaluate next steps to have it running safely and correctly. Woman was friendly said $150 for cleaning and service call. Guys came out. They were friendly and helpful but said they do not service gas insert fireplaces. Charged me $100 and left. I called and complained because there was an obvious misunderstanding somewhere along the line. Woman said she remembered me and had notes referencing my appt phone call and that she told me they didn't service gas. I then asked why would I have scheduled an appt if you don't do that type of work and why would you have set the appt. She said let me tell to my manager who then got on the phone and yelled at me threatening to take me to small claims court for calling and demanding my money back.

Pleased with end result. Clothes now drying super fast. Their price for cleaning an dryer exhaust line was quoted at $150. Job went up to $250 for replacing line.

Whenever I turned my a/c on for the first time after the winter I noticed an odd odor so I decided to get my air ducts cleaned. After seeing the other reviews I called carolina ductmasters. I was able to get a prompt appointment, and they did an excellent job. The technicians were professional, and prompt. Very good service overall.

Thorough cleaning, with extra care to a very messy cold air return. Explained service at time of scheduling and again when arrived.

He arrived on schedule and quickly and efficiently cleaned the clothes dryer ductwork using both a vacuum system and brushes. He also opened the clothes dryer cabinet and cleaned the interior. Additionally, he replaced the flexible ductwork from the dry to the wall.

Great! The ducts are clean and the house feels more environmentally healthy.
