The technician was friendly and professional. The vents were cleaned in about an hour and a half, and the house smelled fresh and clean when he was finished.

Gas logs kept setting off smoke detector. Smoke detector was positioned directly over fireplace. He recommended moving smoke detector. This solved the problem. Advice was given over the phone with no charge

Pete and drew did a great job. Very professional and Pete was knowledgeable. they did a great job cleaning and explaining what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone in need of duct cleaning. Turns out they do chimney sweeping too. I scheduled an appointment with them for that in a few weeks.

A gentleman called me right away after I submitted my request through Angie's List. He was very patient and explained the process and took the time to answer all of my questions. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. The estimated cost was the cost I was charged. The technicians were on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing I didn't realize before hand, for people who have pets (especially indoor cats) is that the front door has to stay cracked so the vacuum tube can come stay hooked to their truck. I recommend putting cats in carriers since every room in the house has a vent. It might be helpful for them to include that information when talking with people about the project. Overall, I was satisfied with their work and I would hire them again. I had 11 vents done (including the dryer vent) for $390.00.

Marshall and Travis were very courteous and professional . Both were very knowledgeable and did not mind answering all the questions I had. Travis showed up on time and work was completed in a timely manner.

We were very pleased with Marshall's responsiveness to our request for a quote(pay for cleaning and inspection together) and for an appointment. Our fireplace was cleaned and inspected. He recommended some repairs to be done in the near future. We will use them for this as well.

The technicians knew their job. Came in explained what they were going to do. Completed the job and cleaned up after themselves and outside where dryer vent blows out.

Chris was awesome. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. His work was very clean. He cleaned and inspected the chimney. He explained what he was doing and then showed us how to use the fireplace when he was done. We will definitely call them again to have our chimney cleaned. Thank you

I had my chimney cleaned. The gentleman who cleaned my chimney was on time, quick, and did great work. I was very impressed. I wrote a check, which I later received a call on saying it wasn't accepted at the bank, because it had a spelling error. I felt terrible and offered to run cash by the office, but was told it would be easiest to give my card info over the phone. I gave my info, and was told they would not store the info anywhere. Well,within 24 hours FRAUDULENT CHARGES totaling more than $1000 were racked up online. I guess it could be a coincidence, but the timing is incredibly suspicious. I really hope I am wrong, but I will not use them again. To be clear the gentleman who worked on my chimney was not the same guy I talked to at their office who took my card info.

Service was excellent. Owner quoted over the phone, then the techs realized the job was a bit more involved but did not raise the price. The guys stayed over half the day making sure all ducts were properly cleaned.
