Bait and switch??
Description of Work: Did not use Marshall. Called for an estimate to inspect 2 flues in a home we were possibly buying. Marshall quoted $125 for the first flue and $50 additional for the second flue. When I called back to schedule; I spoke to Marshall again and he changed price to $200 for the first flue and $100 for the second flue. I hired another company! So should you.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sanitized (2) H/AC systems and (27) ducts in my home. Very satisfied with results and cost/value. Air in house is so-o-o much cleaner both visibly and odor-wise and with less dust on furniture and sneezing on my part. Service representative was professional, knowledgable, responsive, friendly and respectful of my home and furniture. He did leave a little dust around a few of the vents but compared to the quality of his workmanship, this was a minor inconvenience at best. Will use again and recommend to friends.

Description of Work: The provider was scheduled to do full duct work cleaning of my 5200 square foot home. Only 1 employee was sent who could not safely clean some of the ducts by himself so I cancelled because he was almost an half an hour late for the scheduled service, never apologizing for being late. Management not very professional in scheduling. I never let them begin work because I was nervous about the unprofessional manner in which I had been treated up front

I don't believed that they did a real thorough job cleaning our ducts. My husband opened the ducts up, and you could see dust balls in there. I don't know if the price they charged was good or bad because I never had this done before.
