Their pricing is very fair. He is very nice and professional! His team does a great job and is very considerate of plants etc. when washing the house.  + 2 moreThey are very conscientious. Mark also has the same crew coming to my house year after year, so these guys remember what work they have done in the past and stand by it. They also get down to work very fast and don't leave until my wife and I are totally satisfied with every detail. The crew is also very polite.
Description of Work: Mark Cespedes' crew has been power washing my house for many years. He has also painted my entire exterior in the past as well. Last May, his crew power washed my house and returned 2 days later to replace deteriorated siding and boards, caulk seams and paint. The 3 workman were skilled at carpentry and painting and finished work in half a day that would have taken me a week to do. Seeing how professional their work looked next to mine, I see no reason not to call them when I see wood that needs to be replaced or painted. One reason I use Superior is because they are careful with my exterior paint when they power wash, particularly since they are the ones who put on the paint. .

They said they'd be there between noon and 5pm and showed up around 4:30 with several guys. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job all within an hour. The house looked amazing, they did a perfect job, were quick and thorough. We'll definitely use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreI was selling my house and needed the driveway, walkway and deck power washed. Superior Power Washing was able to schedule a cleaning in a few days. They were scheduled to arrive in the morning but they had not arrived by noon and I did not receive a phone call. I called them and they apologized that they were behind schedule and would arrive in two hours. They showed up on time with a crew of 4 or 5 people. They did an excellent job of cleaning the deck and power washing the driveway and walkways. They worked quickly and completely cleaned up when they were finished. I was very pleased with their work.

 + 0 moreThe first time I used them they were in the neighborhood workiing at another home. A young lady on the team came round and asked if we would be interested in the service as they were nearby. I took a chance and LOVED the finished look. The whole house looked brand new again. I thought I would have them paint the front porch and discussed it beforehand. But after the paowerwash with bleach man it looked great. I used them at another home we moved to a year later and again the same great result.

 + 2 moreTalked to Natalie to describe the services I needed to confirm their company can provide them. Confirmed prices based on sizing details I provided. Scheduled it for a Monday, I requested on Sunday to reschedule for Wednesday due to weather forecast. Not and issue. I added the Deck Washing and staining on Wednesday, so the power washing was done Wednesday and the staining and gutter sealing was performed on Thursday. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I've been very impressed each time. I would recommend their services and I plan on using them again in the future. My only item that I have concern about is how I'm going to get a ~125lb Weber Gas grill back onto the deck by myself once it dries.
Description of Work: Power washed Driveway (~2 car lengths long) Power washed Curb in front of house (~50' of street facing curb in Cul De Sac) Power washed whole House except roof (~90% brick, ~10% siding) Power washed 2 sidewalks (~1 ran from driveway past the side of the house to the back, 2 ran from driveway to front porch) Power washed gutters Power washed deck (~12' x 20') with two sets of steps (5 steps & 8 steps) Cleaned gutters and down spouts (2 had significant clogs) and picked up debris from yard from gutter cleaning Sealed gutters in 3 places where I had leaks Stained the deck - I supplied about 1/3 of gallon for stain matching and the price included 2 more gallons.

 + 2 moreSuperior Powerwashing and Home Maintenance LLC did a GREAT job. After getting a couple of estimates we choose Superior as they ere prompt to return my calls and give me a detailed list of the estimate. We ended having them powerwash an extensive drive way, pool area, roof and deck. We also had them do some deck maintenance and add a new coat of stain. Everything looks amazing and clean. Of course the day they stained the deck, a huge storm passed through town and when I called to ask if they will come back to do a second coat it was not problem at all. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
Description of Work: Scope of work: Power wash driveway, walkway and front porch steps using a cement cleaner that scrubs the surface of the cement in a circular motion to prevent streaking commonly caused by using a pressure washer gun. The surface is rinsed and sprayed down with an additional chemical upon completion to help prolong the growth of mildew Power wash all cement around pool deck and side patio using the same method as the driveway area. Power wash entire deck to remove all dirt, mildew and cobwebs. High pressure application to floor surface to prep it for staining and low pressure to all painted rails and gazebo. Floor will be stained with a semi-transparent oil based stain. Stain will be brushed on to ensure maximum coverage. Power washing of the entire house which would include all sides of the house, trim, siding, windows, and hand scrubbing the exterior of all the gutters. Roof stain removal to the back side of the roof and both sides of the garage angles. Roof stain removal is low pressure and is therefore safe for the shingles.

Description of Work: Very responsive to e-mail and scheduled an appointment for gutter cleaning. When asked if they could come late afternoon, they provided a time of after 5 pm. Rushed home from work, waited 3 hours and no one came or called. When I contacted the company, a gentleman indicated there had been really bad storms and apologized, indicating he should have called to let me know it was cancelled. He didn't offer to reschedule and was very nonchalant that I cut my work day short, rushed home and spent 3 hours waiting for them. I am sure, from the reviews, they do a great job, but I have a really hard time with people whose behaviors don't reflect consideration of other people.
